Alex Boone, Eric Kendricks, Tom Johnson dealing with concussions for Vikings

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- The Minnesota Vikings got back to work Wednesday following their defeat in Chicago on Monday night, and their first injury report of the week was a lengthy one.

Guard Alex Boone, who left the game with a concussion, is also dealing with shoulder and knee injuries. Linebacker Eric Kendricks and defensive tackle Tom Johnson also missed Wednesday's practice with concussions, and running back Jerick McKinnon remained out with an ankle injury (though McKinnon said Wednesday morning he expected he'd return on Sunday against the Detroit Lions). Defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (knee) and guard Zac Kerin (hand) also did not practice.

Cornerback Xavier Rhodes was limited with the calf injury that sent him hobbling off the field Monday night, and Captain Munnerlyn was limited with a foot injury. Munnerlyn had X-rays on his foot after the game Monday night, but he said after the game the X-rays were negative, and he was ready to go back in if he'd been asked to do so.

Punt returner Marcus Sherels was limited after missing Monday's game with a wrist injury, while safety Andrew Sendejo also returned in a limited fashion after sitting out Monday night with an ankle injury. Linebacker Anthony Barr was limited with a groin injury.

Tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) and wide receiver Jarius Wright (ankle) were both full participants after not playing Monday. Linebacker Audie Cole (finger) also practiced in full.
