TOP STORY: Rashford key to Man United, is Sessegnon too?

It has been a chaotic season at Old Trafford, but Manchester United are intent on ensuring that Marcus Rashford goes nowhere despite speculation linking him with a move, the Sun reports.

United are desperate for Rashford to put pen to paper on a contract that will take him beyond the next two years, but the Sun says the 21-year-old England international is unsure about committing his future to United.

Keeper David De Gea has been similarly noncommittal, with clubs including PSG keen on snatching him from United, and the thought of losing either player would give most United fans nightmares.

The Daily Record claims Barcelona backup keeper Jasper Cillessen is the man to replace DDG if he departs.

Meanwhile, Sky Sports reports that United have made contact with Fulham over signing left-back/winger Ryan Sessegnon, who has also been on Tottenham's radar and is reported to want to stay in the Premier League after Fulham's relegation.

23.10 BST: That'll do it for tonight's edition of Transfer Talk LIVE. Remember to check back shortly for more of the latest transfer rumours and early completed deals from around the globe. Goodnight!

22.57 BST: This one won't seem to go away...

Barcelona to move for Man United star Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford's agent and brother Dwaine Maynard has tried to squash that once for all with a post on his Instagram story which reads "The media just make it up as they go along," followed by a "Stop."

Rashford wants a new contract as his current deal expires next summer and Man United are reportedly in talks with he and his representatives. The 20-year-old seems like on player who will definitely not be leaving Old Trafford this summer.

22.07 BST: Rangers hitman Alfredo Morelos seems destined to depart Ibrox this summer and has commented on his next move.

"I dream of playing in a much better, more competitive league. I look at the English Premier League and the Spanish League. The leagues in France and Italy are very big leagues too and very competitive," replied the Colombian this week in the Herald when asked about his future.

Morelos, 22, has scored 29 goals this season for the 'Gers and has previously been linked with Borussia Dortmund and Leicester City. One thing potential buyers will have to consider though, is the striker's disciplinary record as Morelos has been sent off an alarming FIVE times this season!

21.39 BST: Everton's summer priority this summer is trying to sign loan stars Andre Gomes (Barcelona) and Kurt Zouma (Chelsea) to permanent deals.

That won't be easy and due to that Marco Silva and the club have a contingency plan in place.

"Even if I would like to be able to say 'Zouma and Andre' and nobody else - and I know our fans would like to hear that coming from me and us as a club - of course when you plan something you cannot just plan with one," Silva confirmed.

"We have to have A, B, C, D or whatever. Even if you know the A will Andre and Zouma and that they will be the best for us."

Everton finished the season strongly going 5-1-2 to nick eighth place.

21.01 BST: West Ham have been told the price for Cardiff City goalkeeper Neil Etheridge.

With Cardiff City having been relegated, the club is asking for £10 million for the Philippines international, according to Football Insider. Etheridge was the Blue Birds' star man even in a relegation season, ranking second in the Premier League in saves with 141 and attracting interest from clubs further up the table.

West Ham No. 1 Lukasz Fabianski was one of the Premier League's best goalkeepers this season but at 34 is likely starting to hit the homestretch of his career. If the Hammers do sign Etheridge they would have both the No.1 and No. 2 goalkeepers in terms of total saves from last season.

20.17 BST: From one Ghanaian to another, Porto forward Abdul Majeed Waris, on loan at Nantes, has hinted he has multiple Ligue 1 offers.

The 27 year old has made 36 appearances for Nantes, scoring seven times, and told Ocean press he prefers to stay in France.

"I like Ligue 1. It's one of the best leagues in Europe, and I know I'll play in France next year but I do not know where [exactly]."

In response to a question asking if he has received offers from other Ligue 1 clubs, he said: "Yes, from many teams."

19.40 BST: Arsenal manager Unai Emery has a Europa League final to prepare for but found time to do a little scouting this weekend in Madrid.

The Basque boss took in Atletico Madrid against Levante, leading to speculation he was there to scout Atleti and Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey. With Aaron Ramsey ready to officially join Juventus in July and Arsenal maybe looking to upgrade on Granit Xhaka, interest in Partey would make sense.

Partey, who played 45 minutes on Saturday, reportedly has a release clause of £43.5 million. Considering Arsenal's summer budget is thought to be capped at £40m, something will have to give before Partey makes any potential move to the Emirates...

18.57 BST: How about an update on the Adrien Rabiot saga?

The talented but troubled midfielder is set to leave PSG this summer, having not appeared in a game for the French champions since Dec. 5. With talk around the midfielder have quieted down in recent weeks, Real Madrid have suddenly emerged as an unlikely potential landing spot for the 24-year-old.

Florentino Perez was recently in Paris to inquire about the midfielder, with Diario Gol writing that Perez sees Rabiot as a real bargain. Rabiot's talent is unquestionable but his behavior and maturity have been red flags ever since he turned down a standby role with France ahead of the 2018 World Cup.

With fellow Frenchman Zinedine Zidane at the helm, Real Madrid will for sure do their homework on Rabiot. But if he passes the exam, the gifted playmaker could really be a steal for a club in need of a refresh.

18.18 BST: Just days after Man City manager Pep Guardiola ruled out a move for Atletico Madrid superstar Antoine Griezmann, another club has pulled out of the race.

Guardiola's old club Bayern Munich now also appear to be out as a potential landing spot for the France World Cup winner. Bayern president Uli Hoeness, speaking after the club cliched a seventh straight Bundesliga title on Saturday, ruled out any individual transfers over €80 million this summer.

Considering Griezmann would garner well over a €100m, that would seem to eliminate Bayern from contention. As potential landing spots fall by the wayside it is looking more and more like Griezmann will be wearing a Barcelona shirt next season.

17.40 BST: After sacking Chris Hughton earlier in the week, Brighton appear to have zeroed in on Swansea City's Graham Potter to be their next manager.

According to the BBC, Brighton are set to pay Swansea over £3 million in compensation for Potter and his staff to move to the South Coast. Potter, who previously enjoyed a remarkable run at Swedish minnows Ostersunds, led Swansea to a 10th place finish in his only season at the Welsh club.

The 43-year-old is an attack-minded coach, which lines up with recent talk that Brighton want to attempt to play more expansive and entertaining football next season.

He hasn't taken the most direct route but Potter is set to make it to the top flight and looks to be a rising star on the touchline.

17.05 BST: Here's an interesting one...

Sky is reporting that Daniele De Rossi could be a target for Argentine giants Boca Juniors.

De Rossi, 35, has only ever called one place home with the Rome-born midfielder winding down his 18th season with his hometown club. Roma unpopularly recently announced De Rossi, who has played 615 times for the club, would not be returning as a player, opening up questions about whether he would retire or play somewhere else next season.

Enter Boca sporting director Nicola Burdisso, who played with De Rossi in Rome and has recently revealed he hopes to lure his friend to Argentina for a new adventure.

"I think his [De Rossi's] future could be with us," Burdisso told Fox Sports Argentina.

"Even though at the moment it is more hope than reality, Daniele is a friend. I speak to him regularly and, for a player like him, our door is always open."

De Rossi, the nearly extinct "one-club man" would sure look out of place in anything other than a Giallorossi shirt.

16.24 BST: Zinedine Zidane, once again asked about the future of Gareth Bale, once again played his cards close to his chest ahead of Madrid's final game of the season. "All I can say is he will be in the squad tomorrow," Zidane said. "Next season, I cannot say. There will be changes, but I can't say more than that."

15.23 BST: Werder Bremen forward Claudio Pizarro, who turns 41 later this year and is the oldest goalscorer in Bundesliga history, has signed a new one-year deal with the club.

14.53 BST: Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has said he wants Leroy Sane to stay but added that the Germany winger is no closer to signing a new contract. Bayern Munich have been linked with a summer move for Sane, 23, who has two years remaining on his deal.

14.25 BST -- DONE DEAL: And just like that...

13.59 BST: Sky Sports reports that Bournemouth are poised to make their first foray into the summer transfer market and have agreed a £13m fee with Championship club Bristol City for defender Lloyd Kelly.

13.35 BST: Arsenal could make a move for 20-year-old Lorient forward Alexis Claude-Maurice, according to the Mirror, which reports that newly-promoted Norwich City are also interested in the France under-20 international.

12.43 BST: Everton forward Richarlison has had a great season and, although he has been linked to Barcelona, Inter Milan are also in the running, according to Tuttosport.

The 22-year-old's 14 goals in 38 games mean he might cost upwards of £40m, but Inter are evidently willing to offer midfielder Joao Mario in a part-exchange.

12.08 BST: Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo has been attracting attention from Chelsea, Man United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Bayern Munich, but the Daily Mirror reports that Tottenham are lining up a £40m move for the 19-year-old.

Tottenham fans might be super excited for their club to actually sign a player, but perhaps they shouldn't get too into it -- Zaniolo recently said: "I still have four years left on my contract, and I am happy here."

11.34 BST: The Daily Record reports that "in recent weeks, Manchester United have made attempts to sign two men from the most exciting team in European football." Yes, that's Ajax.

First up, the Dutch club reportedly rejected a move for young goalkeeper Andre Onana, while centre-back and captain Matthijs de Ligt made it clear he wants to go elsewhere.

10.56 BST: Adam Lallana's future at Liverpool is up for discussion. He's not first-choice under Jurgen Klopp and, hampered by injuries, has struggled to replicate the form that saw the club pay £25m for him from Southampton in 2014.

The Daily Express reports that the midfielder is keen on a move back to the south coast and that "Southampton are aware of Lallana's feelings and are monitoring his situation." Liverpool's asking price is evidently around £13m, which isn't prohibitive, and the 31-year-old could be on the way in the summer.

10.13 BST: Top Macedonia players don't come around all that often, but 19-year-old midfielder Elif Elmas is one of them. The Fenerbahce star has been attracting interest from Manchester City and Tottenham, but the Daily Mail reports that Manchester United are also pondering a move.

If they do land him, at least nobody will have to give up their shirt number: he wears No. 99.

09.39 BST: Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel says signing Antoine Griezmann is not a "realistic" goal because the French champions are looking to bolster their defence.

"Griezmann can play with every team in the world. It would please any coach, but right now it's not realistic [for PSG]," Tuchel said on Friday. "We are looking for players with certain profiles -- it must be realistic. We need defensive profiles and we have to start with that."

09.00 BST: Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson has been attracting attention -- remember all that talk of him moving to Chelsea for £50m in January? -- but it's Everton who are planning a £35m bid for the England international, says the Sun.

Everton have spent a lot in recent seasons, so might have to sell before they can buy this time around. That means clubs are on alert for news of Senegal midfielder Idrissa Gueye's availability.

PAPER TALK (by Richard Edwards)

No resting on laurels at City

Pep Guardiola likes to keep his squad on their toes -- and he is at it again on the eve of the FA Cup final.

The Telegraph reports that Manchester City's title-winning manager is preparing to spend big to keep his squad hungry for success, with a number of potential signings on the cards.

On the wish list are Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodri and Crystal Palace prodigy Aaron Wan-Bissaka, a full-back also likely to be targeted by Manchester United.

The exit door at the Etihad could also be working overtime, with Danilo, Nicolas Otamendi and Fabian Delph thought to be among those who could be packing their bags.

Italian clubs might bail Ramires out of CSL

It always seemed a transfer that could end in tears -- and now it has.

Former Chelsea favourite Ramires has been released from his contract with Jiangsu Suning six months early, and hasn't kicked a ball for them since May 2018.

That news has started a scramble for his signature, with clubs from Italy, Portugal and Brazil preparing to make a move for the Brazilian, according to Globo Esporte.

Ramires has played 71 competitive matches for the Chinese side since his move east in 2016 after costing them £25 million.

Inter Milan and Lazio are vying for his services, although they face a battle with Brazilian sides Cruzeiro, Palmeiras and Atletico Mineiro and Portuguese giants Benfica.

Tap-ins

- According to the Mail, Everton are after Jonas Lossl following his release from Huddersfield after their relegation. The Merseysiders want cover for Jordan Pickford, and Lossl is available as a free agent.

- Paris Saint-Germain's Timothy Weah has said he wants to establish himself with the French champions next season after returning from a loan spell at Celtic. The U.S. international said it was his dream to play alongside Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani.
