TOP STORY: United back in race for Griezmann

Manchester United could be back in the picture to sign Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann, according to the Independent.

It reports that "key Barcelona figures have doubts about the benefit of signing Griezmann, potentially opening the way to a United move."

The France international has been widely tipped to move to the Camp Nou, but the Independent says "communication has been re-established with United and a deal is possible."

Paris Saint-Germain could also emerge as a potential destination for Griezmann if Real Madrid move to sign star PSG forward Kylian Mbappe.

It comes after Atletico Madrid's Juanfran said Barcelona's attack would be unrivalled if Griezmann linked up with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

"If Griezmann goes to Barca, it would be difficult to find a better front three than Messi-Griezmann-Suarez," Juanfran told Cadena Ser. "It's the dream trident for any coach."

20.39 BST: A report in Brazilian outlet Diario Carioca has suggested that Giovani dos Santos is of interest to Rio de Janeiro side Vasco da Gama, as the Mexican looks for his next destination after leaving LA Galaxy. The report also hints that the half-Brazilian has also been sounded out by clubs in Mexico, Italy and China.

However, a source with the club tells ESPN Brazil's Debora Gares that Dos Santos is not a target. So while the idea of playing in his father's homeland is appealing on paper, it looks as though the 30-year-old's final destination won't be Vasco da Gama and his search for a new home will rumble on.

19.32 BST: As Romelu Lukaku is linked with a move to Inter, Manchester United have made a bid "in excess of €40m" for Lyon's Moussa Dembele, Goal reports. 15.58 BST: Reports suggest Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny is considering a move as he awaits developments on a new contract at the Emirates Stadium. Koscielny has been linked with Bayer Leverkusen, Rennes and AC Milan.

15.17 BST: Meanwhile, in France Yahoo Sports reports that PSG are in talks with Lille about a move for their winger Nicolas Pepe. Lille are reported to want €80m, and PSG have yet to propose including any players as part of a potential deal.

14.43 BST: Manchester United are poised to make a bid for Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff, says the Standard, which reports that they "are hoping to capitalise on Newcastle's failure to tie the 21-year-old down to a long-term deal."

14.03 BST: Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu has been linked with a summer exit, with Tottenham, West Ham and Galatasaray all reported to be interested. Yokuslu's agent, Batur Altiparmak, has confirmed interest from the Premier League.

13.11 BST: Marca, following up a report by El Chiringuito on Thursday, has said it can confirm that Sergio Ramos is considering leaving Real Madrid.

It says both Manchester United and PSG have asked about his availability in the recent past, and the Madrid captain is considering a change as "something beneficial both for the team and on a personal level." A source has told ESPN's Paola Nunez the same.

12.43 BST: Aston Villa manager Dean Smith has said midfielder Jack Grealish, strongly linked with Tottenham last summer, will not be going anywhere cheaply if his side lose Monday's Championship playoff final.

"He's signed a brand-new contract at the start of the season, committing himself to the football club," Smith said. "He loves Aston Villa and he'll want nothing more than to get promoted with Aston Villa. If we don't go up, he'll cost someone a hell of a lot of money if they want to buy him."

12.11 BST -- DONE DEAL: Everton have announced that goalkeeper Jonas Lossl will join them at the start of July when his contract with relegated Huddersfield expires. The Denmark international will sign a three-year deal at Goodison Park.

11.59 BST: Manchester City are ready for a battle to hang on to Leroy Sane with Bayern Munich pushing to sign the Germany international, sources have told ESPN FC.

The Premier League champions want to keep Sane, but Bayern president Uli Hoeness has confirmed their interest in Sane as they look to replace Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery.

11.32 BST: Serie A club Napoli are poised to make a £22m move for Spurs defender Kieran Trippier after the Champions League final, according to the London Evening Standard, which reports that they are "the only club interested" in the England international and will increase his Tottenham wages.

11.03 BST: Manchester United will not let Romelu Lukaku leave on the cheap if Inter Milan firm up their interest with a formal bid, sources have told ESPN FC.

Antonio Conte is expected to replace Luciano Spalletti at the San Siro after the final round of Serie A games this weekend, and is set to ask his new employers to sign Lukaku.

10.37 BST: To Spain, where AS reports that Tottenham made an approach to Real Madrid about a potential move for Marco Asensio, but were told he will not be sold.

09.47 BST: Benfica have said they have not received any offers for Joao Felix, who has been compared to Cristiano Ronaldo, but expect clubs to make a move over the summer.

Attacking midfielder Felix, who has a €120 million release clause in his contract, is reported to be interesting clubs including Real Madrid, Manchester United and Juventus.

09.25 BST: Eden Hazard has told RMC he is focused on winning the Europa League and isn't thinking the Baku final could be his Chelsea swansong.

With just 12 months left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, Hazard is widely expected to end his seven-year stay by completing a switch to Real Madrid.

An announcement to that effect is expected after next Wednesday's final against Arsenal in the Azerbaijani capital, but Hazard said: "Honestly, I'm not thinking about it. I'm just thinking about winning the game. What happens will happen."

08.50 BST: Ajax winger David Neres is not a summer target for Atletico Madrid, a source close to the player has told ESPN FC, but could be Premier League bound this summer.

Neres, 22, had a breakout season with 12 goals and 15 assists as Ajax eliminated Real Madrid and Juventus as they reached the Champions League semifinals, as well as completing the domestic double in the Netherlands.

Reports in Spain had claimed that Atletico coach Diego Simeone had asked Rojiblanco bosses to sign Neres, but ESPN FC has been told the La Liga club has not made an approach.

A number of other clubs in Europe, including some in the Premier League, have shown a strong interest, the source said.

08.15 BST: David Luiz has revealed that Maurizio Sarri told him to leave Chelsea during last summer's preseason, only for him to quickly change the Italian's mind.

Chelsea gave Luiz a two-year contract extension earlier this month, breaking their policy of only offering one-year deals to players over 30.

That decision reflected Luiz's presence in the Stamford Bridge dressing room and his importance to Sarri this season -- but in an interview with the Daily Mail, the Brazilian admitted things might have turned out very differently.

"We had a conversation in the first week he arrived," Luiz said. "He didn't want me to stay and that was normal. I'd been injured for a long period. I was in the last year of my contract.

"Then, after three days he saw me training and said, 'No, you are going to stay.'"

PAPER TALK (by Richard Edwards): Solskjaer ready for a clear-out

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is wasting no time in revamping his squad.

The Mirror reports that Matteo Darmian, Marcos Rojo, Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku will be off in the summer, following Ander Herrera and Antonio Valencia out of the exit door.

Lukaku is rumoured to be on Inter Milan's wanted list, while Mata is a free agent in the summer and could head back to Spain.

Rojo and Darmian, meanwhile, made only 13 appearances between them last season.

United keep tabs on PSG rebel

Manchester United aren't ruling out a move for PSG transfer rebel Adrien Rabiot, who hasn't played for the French champions since December, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Rabiot has been linked with Real Madrid, although United have reportedly been tracking him since Louis van Gaal's spell in charge.

The lure of Champions League football could put United at a disadvantage but, with Solskjaer intent on rebuilding, the France international fits the bill.
