Kenyan Premier League side AFC Leopards has completed the signing of Rwanda keeper Eric Ndayishimiye on a two-year deal.

The former Rayon Sports skipper joins the Kenyan Premier League outfit after weeks of negotiations between his representatives and the club.

Leopards have confirmed his capture through a brief statement posted on the club's Facebook page.

"Rwandese goalkeeper Eric 'Bakame' Ndayishimiye has signed a two-year contract with AFC Leopards," the statement began. "Welcome to the Den, Bakame."

At Leopards, he will be looking to dislodge current first-choice keeper Ezekiel Owade.

The other keeper on Ingwe's books is Jairus Adira.

Bakame becomes Leopards' fourth signing of the window after Isaac Kipyegon, who joined from Zoo FC, Zambian Shadreck Chimanya and Joshua Mawira, who rejoins the side after a year out of action.

Zimbabwean striker Michelle Katsvairo is expected to join the side soon.
