"Harry is receiving treatment from his personal doctor," Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel said in a news conference on Friday. "He cannot travel. He was already at the limit in Madrid. He had a complete blockade in his back, it's gotten worse and bothers him in everyday movements." England sealed their spot at Euro 2024 after going unbeaten in qualification and topping their group with 20 points from eight games. Southgate's side, who enter next month's tournament in Germany as favourites, will be hoping to go one better than they did at Euro 2020, where they lost on penalties to Italy in the final. Placed in Group C, England begin their campaign against Serbia on June 16 before playing Denmark on June 20 and Slovenia on June 25.
