Poyser's 20 leads St. Bonaventure past Delaware State, 90-61

SAINT BONAVENTURE, N.Y. -- Jalen Poyser scored 20 points and led five players into double-figure scoring as St. Bonaventure won its second straight game, routing Delaware State 90-61 on Saturday afternoon.

The Bonnies snapped a four-game losing streak Wednesday with a 70-55 win over Canisius.

St. Bonaventure (3-5) has struggled to get healthy. Courtney Stockard, a preseason all-Atlantic 10 pick, returned after missing the first six games to score 19 points against Canisius, but the Bonnies still have just eight healthy scholarship players available.

The Bonnies took a commanding, 40-21 lead at intermission and shot 34 of 60 from the field (56.7 percent) and knocked down 12 of 25 from beyond the 3-point stripe.

Stockard and Nelson Kaputo each contributed 16 points off the bench and Amadi Ikpeze added 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds.

Saleik Edwards scored 15 points for Delaware State (1-7).
