NBA stars hope to inspire future African talent (2:03)

Hear from NBA stars past and present as Basketball Without Borders aims to inspire in Africa. (2:03)

JOHANNESBURG -- The NBA players, coaches, legends and executives who travelled to South Africa to participate in the Basketball Without Borders Africa camp and the third NBA Africa Game did so in order to offer help and guidance to young boys and girls making their way in the game as well as in life.

They did so also in order to spread the gospel of the game, and to spread some love -- and build some houses in Lawley.

Oh! They also had a lot of fun along the way.

They documented their experiences on their social media channels, and we thought you'd like to see the inspirational trip from their own point of view.

Amazing Day 1 here in Johannesburg!! #BWBAfrica 🎥: @zinhdfilms
