The All-Star break is over, the players are well rested and the NBA action is yet again set to hit screens this week. Here's how you can catch the best of it on ESPN and ESPN 2.

On Friday, one of the day's toughest choices will be deciding which televised game to watch. At 11am, Ben Simmons and the Philadelphia 76ers host the Miami Heat on ESPN2, but at midday on ESPN, the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks clash in an Eastern Conference match-up with massive implications.

Later, at 2.30pm, James Harden and the Houston Rockets face the struggling Los Angeles Lakers at the STAPLES Center.

The weekend action kicks off on Saturday at 11.35am at ESPN when the San Antonio Spurs visit Toronto to face Kahwi Leonard and the Raptors, while at 1.35pm, the Utah Jazz face the Oklahoma City Thunder in a huge Western Conference clash.

The action winds down on Sunday when the Rockets visit the Golden State Warriors at 12.30pm on ESPN.
