The Thunder let a 29-point lead slip to nine with a lackluster fourth, but with Paul George sitting the final frame after dropping 31 on 8-10 shooting, it was mostly cruise control. Russell Westbrook though had a frustrating night despite his sixth triple-double of the season, shooting just 4-18 from the floor. He was clearly upset with himself as he checked out, ripping his shooting sleeves off and flinging them on the baseline.

Quin Snyder talked pregame about Utah needing to sort out its turnover issues, and it's been a problem again tonight. Especially against a team like OKC, turn it over live and it's going to be points the other way, and quickly.

Russell Westbrook is not having a very good game — 7 points on 3-16 shooting — but Paul George is having a very good game — 30 points on 8-9 shooting.

It felt like the Thunder held Donovan Mitchell down, but he had 14 points at the half as he started to turn it up late in the second quarter. OKC has really tried to pressure and harass Mitchell, throwing multiple defenders at him. Paul George has an efficient 14 on just five shots, but like last postseason, Westbrook has struggled a bit with Utah's defensive scheme — specifically Rudy Gobert — hitting just 2-of-9 and missing badly on a few midrange jumpers. Westbrook is going to need to find it if the Thunder are going to score consistently in the second half.

Donovan Mitchell spent last postseason roasting the Thunder, but his only bucket in the first quarter came on a buzzer-beating halfcourt shot to end the first quarter. OKC is throwing a lot of bodies at Mitchell, and try to wall off his drives to the paint.
