Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen has accepted an invitation to the Reese's Senior Bowl, becoming the eighth and final quarterback for the game.

Allen is widely considered a first-round draft selection and is Mel Kiper Jr.'s third-ranked quarterback prospect for the 2018 draft.

He joins Heisman Trophy winner Baker Mayfield of Oklahoma (ranked No. 4 by Kiper), Oklahoma State's Mason Rudolph (No. 6), Western Kentucky's Mike White, Washington State's Luke Falk (No. 9), Virginia's Kurt Benkert (No. 10), Richmond's Kyle Lauletta and Troy's Brandon Silvers as quarterbacks to commit to the week of practices and game in Mobile, Alabama.

The staffs of the Houston Texans (South) and Denver Broncos (North) will coach the game, which is scheduled for Jan. 27.

Allen (6-feet-5, 240 pounds) threw for 1,966 yards with 19 touchdowns and 6 interceptions this season, completing 56 percent of his passes (163-of-289). He also rushed for 201 yards and five touchdowns.
