The 2018 NFL draft is over, with 256 picks in the books. But there's still a bevy of undrafted free agents available for teams to sign. Here are my top 10 prospects who didn't come off the board along with mine and Steve Muench's reports on each guy.
 1. Holton Hill, CB, TexasScouts Inc. grade: 76 What he brings: Hill has the physical tools to develop into a starting cornerback in the NFL, particularly in a press-man heavy scheme. He's a sudden athlete with quick feet and good top-end speed. Texas suspended him for six games in 2016 and the final three games in 2017 for violating team rules in both cases. Signed with: Vikings  2. Desmond Harrison, OT, West GeorgiaScouts Inc. grade: 71 What he brings: Harrison appeared in seven games at Texas in 2013, where he was suspended multiple times (he reportedly failed several drug tests). He didn't return to football until 2017 at West Georgia. He also reportedly lost substantial weight because of the flu leading up to the Senior Bowl and was unable to participate. Harrison is a high-risk, high-reward prospect with the tools to develop into a starting left tackle if he keeps his weight up, stays out of trouble, stays healthy and refines his technique. Allen Lazard, WR, Iowa StateScouts Inc. grade: 69 What he brings: Lazard can make contested catches and is a strong blocker who runs hard but doesn't have the second gear to pull away. He is a big possession receiver and projects as a sub-package contributor who can create matchup problems in the red zone. Signed with: Jaguars  4. Kevin Toliver, CB, LSUScouts Inc. grade: 65 What he brings: Toliver has the size, speed and versatility to emerge as a contributing backup in the right scheme. However, he has some football character concerns and needs to work on his recognition skills and technique. Signed with: Bears  5. J.C. Jackson, CB, MarylandScouts Inc. grade: 64 What he brings: Teams will have questions regarding his off-the-field decision-making, but Jackson has good football character and the potential to become an effective No. 2 corner. However, he needs to get stronger in run support and will have problems with bigger receivers. Signed with: Patriots  6. Hercules Mata'afa, DT, Washington State Scouts Inc. grade: 63 What he brings: Mata'afa finished his career with 47 tackles for loss (22.5 in 2017) and 22.5 sacks. He is a highly disruptive one-gap penetrator with an explosive first step, violent hands and lateral quickness. Signed with: Vikings  7. Akrum Wadley, RB, IowaScouts Inc. grade: 62 What he brings: Wadley explodes through creases and can make multiple defenders miss. He projects as a change-of-pace back who could develop into a weapon in the passing game and make the most of limited touches in a No. 2 role. Signed with: Titans  8. Tarvarus McFadden, CB, Florida StateScouts Inc. grade: 62 What he brings: McFadden projects as a No. 3 or No. 4 corner in a press-heavy scheme who must play on the outside. He has exceptional size and length, but average athletic ability and marginal speed. His inconsistent focus, competitiveness and confidence are a concern. Signed with: 49ers  9. Jeff Holland, OLB, AuburnScouts Inc. grade: 60 What he brings: Holland was a one-year starter who excelled at pressuring QBs but lacks some traits the vast majority of productive NFL edge defenders possess. He probably will get a chance to contribute on special teams and carve out a niche as a situational pass-rusher. Signed with: Broncos 
10. Trenton Thompson, DT, GeorgiaScouts Inc. grade: 58 What he brings: Thompson can be a disruptive run-stopper who is at his best shooting gaps and slipping blocks. He has some upside as a pass-rusher, is versatile and could be worth a gamble in the middle rounds if he checks out medically. Signed with: Browns
