The final day of the Top 14 sees Clermont battling with Montpellier for a semifinal spot and a point separates Racing 92 (6th), Stade Francais (7th) and Pau (8th) for the last Champions Cup spot.
A Dan Carter try leads RACING 92 into the playoffs and here are the playoffs confirmed.
