Worcester Warriors pair Kurt Haupt and Ryan Mills have signed contract extensions at the Aviva Premiership club, while Peter Stringer has left Sixways.

Sought-after centre Mills, 25, has signed what the club described as a "long-term deal".

He said: "Worcester gave me a great opportunity when I moved here and I have enjoyed the challenges so far."

Former Southern Kings forward Haupt, meanwhile, has penned an extension until the end of the season having played five times since arriving in October, including last weekend's defeat to Saracens at Allianz Park.

"Kurt has done well for us and will no doubt continue to contribute to the Warriors cause," Warriors Director of Rugby Alan Solomons said.

While Haupt extends his stay, former Irish international Peter Stringer has left the club with Solomons adding: "He's [Stringer] been great around the squad and has played a key role in helping develop some of our younger players during the past few months. We wish him all the best in the future."
