Iain Henderson has been added to Ireland's 34-man squad to face Italy in the Six Nations on Sunday after recovering from a thumb injury.
Henderson underwent surgery to repair a torn ligament in his thumb in December and missed Ireland's opening matches against England and Scotland.
The lock, who has been capped by his country 42 times, joins Tadhg Beirne in being the only additions to the squad that won in Edinburgh last week.
Garry Ringrose, Rhys Ruddock and Will Addison will continue to nurse injuries at their respective clubs this week and are not included.
Meanwhile, Robbie Henshaw has extended his contract with the IRFU which will see the centre remain at Leinster until 2022.
Henshaw has appeared for Ireland 37 times since making his debut in 2013 and represented the British & irish Lions during their tour of New Zealand in 2017.
