Feyenoord legend Dirk Kuyt completes fan's tattoo to mark title win

Dirk Kuyt cemented his legendary status at Feyenoord in fitting fashion last season by scoring a hat trick to secure the Dutch club's first league title since 1999 in his final game before retirement.

As a mark of respect, one Feyenoord fan decided to immortalise the momentous day by having Kuyt's face tattooed onto his thigh, along with an image of the Eredivisie trophy that the veteran striker helped to win.

As a final added bonus, the supporter finished off the piece by allowing Kuyt himself to add his very own autograph.

Tattoo machine in hand, Kuyt shared a photo of his workmanship on Instagram.

"Put my signature on a nice piece of art," the 37-year-old said. "The first tattoo I have ever done!"
