The transfer window for Europe's biggest clubs is open again. Transfer Talk has been scouring the world's media and setting our correspondents loose to see who could be heading to/out of your club this month. TOP STORY: Leipzig consider sale of Liverpool target Timo WernerSpeaking to Kicker, Oliver Mintzlaff, the Global Head of Soccer at Red Bull GmbH who own RB Leipzig, commented that the club won't let Timo Werner's contract run into its final year. The striker's current deal expires in 2020 and the club will either convince the player to sign a new contact or sell him. This could alert a number of clubs who may believe that a deal can be done this January if the right offer is put on the table. "A club like ours cannot afford to have Timo Werner go into a final contract year," Mintzlaff said. Liverpool have been linked heavily with the player in recent years, and the sale of Dominic Solanke to Bournemouth and further possible departures could open a space in the squad for the more versatile Werner. I think that Willian and Pedro, if they weren't worried already, probably know that the writing is on the wall, that they will be phased out," the Express cites ESPN FC contributor Raphael Honigstein as telling the 5 Live Football Daily podcast. 20.05 GMT: The Daily Record reports that Celtic's loan capture of U.S. international Timothy Weah should be completed soon, with the 18-year-old already having agreed to move to Parkhead, and the Glasgow club waiting for Paris Saint-Germain to finalise the attacker's temporary switch to Scotland. 19.19 GMT: Updates on Chelsea's incoming business courtesy of the Telegraph, who reports that not only have the Blues have "stepped up" their attempts at bringing in AC Milan striker Gonzalo Higuain -- which would see them pay the £32m purchase option in his loan deal from Juventus, and also send Alvaro Morata to the San Siro on loan -- but have identified 21-year-old Italy international Nicolo Barella of Cagliari as the desired replacement for Monaco-bound Cesc Fabregas. 18.33 GMT: Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen is a wanted man. His father, who acts as his agent, says top clubs in Serie A and the Premier League are after him. "I have been to many meetings, as Joachim is wanted by the top six clubs in Italy and England," Jacob Andersen told Ekstra Bladet. 18.25 GMT: It appears Aaron Ramsey is heading to Juventus when his Arsenal contract expires but he could have moved to Italy this month. Tuttomercatoweb claim Arsenal would have let Ramsey go in January if Medhi Benatia came the other way but Juventus didn't want to do the deal. 18.23 GMT: Neil Warnock is fuming. He thought Nathaniel Clyne was heading to Cardiff but the Liverpool man eventually moved on loan to Bournemouth. "I'm disappointed with Nathaniel Clyne and Liverpool. To see on TV he's gone to Bournemouth when I've been promised he's my player is for me a disgrace and a lack of class," Warnock said. Ouch. 17.20 GMT: Turkish Super Lig leaders Basaksehir may not be familiar to many, but their news signing will be... they've signed Robinho! The former Real Madrid, Manchester City and AC Milan forward links up with stars such as Emmanuel Adebayor, Arda Turan and Gael Clichy at the Istanbul club.  16:35 GMT: Brahim Diaz has a clause in his contract that means Manchester City will receive more money if Real Madrid sell him to their rivals Manchester United, sources have told ESPN FC.
The Spain under-21 international is set to sign a six-and-a-half-year deal with the La Liga club ahead of completing a move worth £15.5 million, with the potential for a further £6.5m in add-ons. City will also receive 15 percent of any sell-on fee although the Premier League champions have inserted a clause that means it rises to 40 percent if the 19-year-old were to sign for United in the future. Brahim, who joined City as a 16-year-old from Malaga, has turned down an improved contract offer at City. Sources have told ESPN FC that he has grown frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities. His progress has not been helped by being behind Leroy Sane, 22, Raheem Sterling, 24 and summer signing Riyad Mahrez who are all seen to have a long-term future at the Etihad. 15.40 GMT: Christian Pulisic has said Chelsea's brand of football under Maurizio Sarri was a key factor in his £57 million move to the Premier League. "I've seen their style of play," Pulisic told reporters at Borussia Dortmund's warm weather training camp in Marbella, Spain on Saturday. "I've always appreciated how they've played football, and it's really nice how they play now, with their new coach. It fits me very well." Liverpool attempted to sign the midfielder for €13m back in 2016, before he had established himself in the Bundesliga, but Pulisic declined to say if a move to Anfield had ever been a possibility this window. "It's not something I want to talk about, I'm very happy with my decision to join Chelsea," Pulisic said, adding that he was "excited and grateful" to be able to see out the season at Signal Iduna Park before his "big dream" of playing in the Premier League. 14.55 GMT: Jurgen Klopp has said it is unlikely Liverpool will make any signings in the January transfer window, despite the departures of Nathaniel Clyne and Dominic Solanke. "Probably not," Klopp said at a news conference when asked if Liverpool are to recruit this month. "They are two different cases obviously. Football is a business on one side and on the other side, we have to care about people, we have to care about their situation. 13.45 GMT: Paris Saint-Germain have have been knocked back in an attempt to sign Zenit St Petersburg's Leandro Paredes, according to the player himself. The Argentina midfielder said: "Zenit have invested a lot of money in me and have no intention of selling me. They have just rejected an offer from PSG for me and it is not easy for me to return to Boca Juniors either." Paredes, 24, has scored seven goals in 43 Russian Premier League appearances for Zenit since joining them from Roma in 2017. In a news conference on Saturday, PSG coach Thomas Tuchel said: "I have done everything to convince the president and the sporting director to recruit. My opinion is clear -- we absolutely need midfielders. We must wait and see." 13.00 GMT: Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has been linked with Manchester United a lot of late, and his latest movements have only ramped up the speculation. The Senegal international, with Serie A on its mid-season break, posted a clip of his trip to Salt Bae's restaurant in Dubai on his Instagram story. And where are United heading off to for a warm-weather training camp right today's FA Cup tie against Reading? Why, Dubai of course. In light of this new evidence, the deal is as good as done -- according to the Daily Express, anyway. 12.15 GMT: Adam Lallana will not be following Nathaniel Clyne out of Anfield on loan this season, according to Sky Sports. The broadcaster reports that Jurgen Klopp wants the midfielder to stay with his squad for their Premier League title bid, despite him only making a handful of appearances since returning from long-term injury. Clyne, who was in a similar situation to Lallana, has joined Bournemouth on loan for the remainder of the season. 11.15 GMT: DONE DEAL! Celtic have signed Scotland international winger Oliver Burke on loan from West Bromwich Albion until the end of the season. 11.00 GMT: It's all go at Barcelona, with reports linking them with moves for Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot and Toulouse centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo. The interest in Rabiot from Barca has been long-standing, with The Guardian reporting that the French player will join to the Camp Nou as a free agent in the summer. The same paper reports that Barca are confident of beating Manchester City and Juventus to the signing of 19-year-old Todibo, who is also out of contract at the end of the season. Barca coach Ernesto Valverde will be giving a news conferences today ahead of tomorrow's game against Getafe, so there may be some updates to come later. 10.25 GMT: Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey looks increasingly likely to leave the club, with Juventus emerging as the front-runners to sign him. With the Wales international in the last few months of his contract, he is able to negotiate a move with a club outside of England. However, the London Evening Standard reports that Arsenal boss Unai emery is determined to keep hold of Ramsey in this window and avoid losing him before the end of the season. 09.45 GMT: Chelsea are close to loaning misfiring striker Alvaro Morata to AC Milan and bringing in Gonzalo Higuain in his place, according to The Sun. Morata has struggled for much of the time since his £60m move to Stamford Bridge in 2017, and is without a goal in his last six Premier League games. Higuain, however, ended a seven-game goal drought in Serie A in his last appearance, against SPAL on Dec. 29. However, he enjoyed one of his most prolific spells of his career at Napoli, where he was coached by Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri. Were a deal to happen this month it would also need to be approved by Higuain's parent club, Juventus, who loaned the Argentine to Milan in the summer to make room for Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival. PAPER TALK (Danny Lee, Football Whispers): Gerrard's Gers want Liverpool keeperScottish Premiership side Rangers want to sign Liverpool goalkeeper Kamil Grabara, that's according to the Daily Express. Steven Gerrard's side are joint top of the league with rivals Celtic, and are looking to improve this month in an attempt to push for the title. The former midfielder has already signed a number of Liverpool players during his time in Scotland, and will now return to the Anfield club for Grabara. It would be a good opportunity for the Pole who played in Gerrard's youth teams at Liverpool but is yet to make his senior debut. Jurgen Klopp's side currently have Simon Mignolet as their second choice behind Alisson, so there would be no way in for Grabara as it stands. The highly rated 19-year-old would initially move on loan, but if Gerrard has long-term plans he might look for a permanent deal. Arsenal lead race for SuarezA number of Premier League clubs have been linked with Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez, but according to Sky Italia and Catalan radio outlet RAC1, Arsenal are the favourites to sign him. The North London club are still in the early stages of their development under Spanish boss Unai Emery, but they have shown flashes of brilliance especially in attack. Italian sides AC Milan and Roma have also shown interest, as well as Everton and West Ham, but Arsenal would be the most attractive option for the 24-year-old who doesn't get much first team action at the Camp Nou. Suarez played under Emery at Sevilla and it would seem like the ideal move for the player and club. Pepe to Porto -- 4.8 The former Real Madrid defender is a free agent after his contract with Turkish side Besiktas was terminated in a mutual agreement in December. He will now return to another of his former sides, Porto, according to Goal. Cengiz Under to Arsenal -- 4.1 The only possible destination for Roma's Turkish winger at the moment is Arsenal. Turkish outlet Fotomac say the Gunners have a £55m offer on the table for the player, and are the only club to have made one. Marko Rog to Schalke -- 2.9 The Napoli midfielder is on his way to the Bundesliga according to reports in Italy, and from Kicker in Germany. The deal will initially be a loan, with an option to buy in the summer. Antonio Valencia to Inter Milan - 2.5 The 33-year-old right back is out of contract at the end of the season, and Inter are interested according to Sky Italia. New Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seems to like him though, and could keep him around until his contract expires. Kalidou Koulibaly to Barcelona -- 2.2 The Senegalese centre-back is attracting interest from across Europe, and Barcelona have added him to their list of defensive targets according to Italian outlet Il Mattino. The 27-year-old is in his peak years and is likely to cost well over £100m.
