England women's national team coach Phil Neville says his players have lost the "fear factor" of facing the United States as they prepare for their decisive SheBelieves Cup match. England can win the four-team round-robin tournament if they secure a draw against the host nation in Orlando on Wednesday, having already beaten France and drawn with Germany in Neville's first matches at the helm. And Neville believes that the increased numbers of English and Americans joining clubs in each others' professional domestic leagues means his players can now face the reigning world champions on level terms. "Our players realise they are at the same level, and that fear factor is drifting," the former England and Manchester United player told BBC Sport. "I noticed it when I left Manchester United and went to Everton, the aura of playing against [Ryan] Giggs, [Roy] Keane and [Paul] Scholes -- my initial reaction was 'they're just human beings,' and at times they have the same insecurities as anybody in life. "When you play with these players that are supposed to be the best in the world and train with them day in, day out, you realise that they are human beings." England are the tournament's top scorers after two matches, scoring six across the 4-1 win over France and the 2-2 draw with Germany. Ellen White is the only player to have scored two goals going into the final round of games.
