Antoine Griezmann has told French TV he has a "six" out of 10 chance of joining Manchester United this summer, though the striker also rated his odds of staying at Atletico Madrid slightly higher.
Reports have suggested United could bid £85 million (€98m) for the 26-year old, a boyhood admirer of United icon David Beckham, and his adviser has said Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona have also made enquiries.
And though he said last week that he was happy at Atletico, he said on French television on Monday night that a decision on a move will happen "within two weeks."
Speaking on the Quotidien programme, Griezmann was asked what he would reply if the presenter said "Manchester United," and the France international forward said: "Possible."
When pushed still further to rate the chances of him moving on a scale of one to 10 with 10 meaning "you have signed," Griezmann answered: "Six."

However, Griezmann rated his chances of remaining with his current club as a "seven," though he also said it would be "impossible" to play under compatriot Zinedine Zidane at Atletico's rivals Real Madrid.
The former Real Sociedad player, who was involved in all three of his team's goals in their win over Athletic Bilbao in their final game of the La Liga season, has a contract with Atletico through to 2021.
And after the game against Athletic, Atletico boss Diego Simeone had announced to the club's fans that "everyone is going to stay."
"It'll depend on Atletico, whether they can sign players, because perhaps they'll have a ban," Griezmann said, adding that Alexandre Lacazette's potential arrival would change nothing.
"I don't think the fact a player comes is going to make me stay or leave."
Sources have told ESPN FC that United boss Jose Mourinho is looking to add two forwards to his squad this summer after concerns over the ability of his current strikers to make the team competitive in every competition.
Griezmann remains the top target and Mourinho is confident that the club's spending power and ambition has put them in pole position to sign the Frenchman -- potentially breaking the record fee the club paid for Paul Pogba a year earlier.
Asked if he wanted follow in the footsteps of Beckham at United, Griezmann demurred, but he did say a future to move to Beckham's future MLS team in Miami could be a possibility.
"I don't want to have his career, I want to have mine and enjoy mine," Griezmann said. "But if he manages to have the franchise he wants in the U.S., why not finish my career under him? That wouldn't be bad."
Griezmann's revelation comes 24 hours after Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas told media his club's leading scorer, Lacazette, has a verbal agreement to join Atletico this summer.
