Philadelphia 76ers swingman Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot has been ruled out of EuroBasket 2017, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.
Luwawu-Cabarrot currently is dealing with patellar tendinitis, which has made him unavailable for the French national team for the tournament that runs from Aug. 31 to Sept. 17.
Luwawu-Cabarrot, the No. 24 selection in the 2016 NBA draft, played in 69 games in his rookie season and averaged 6.4 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists.
