Seahawks show interest in offensive lineman J'Marcus Webb

The Seattle Seahawks continue to look for cost-effective options on the offensive line.

The latest name to surface is J'Marcus Webb, who told Sirius XM that he has a visit to Seattle lined up.

Webb (6-7, 330) started 16 games for the Oakland Raiders last season. He played right guard for the first 13 games before moving to right tackle for the final three. The 27-year-old Webb has played for three different teams in six NFL seasons.

Originally a seventh-round pick, Webb started 44 games in three seasons with the Chicago Bears. He spent two years with the Minnesota Vikings before signing with the Raiders last offseason.

The Seahawks seem to be checking out several journeyman-type offensive linemen. They've previously been linked to Bradley Sowell and Ted Larsen.

Of course, the team's top priority right now is coming up with a solution at left tackle. Russell Okung has visits lined up with the New York Giants and Detroit Lions. If the Seahawks can't bring him back, they need to move quickly to a Plan B. Guys like Kelvin Beachum and Donald Penn are still on the market.
