Titans acquire DE King from Chiefs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- It seems Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson was taking a close look at both teams in Thursday night's preseason finale at the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Titans acquired defensive end David King from the Chiefs for a 2018 conditional seventh round pick.

King, a 2013 seventh-round pick, has played in 10 games over four seasons and could provide depth on the back end of the Titans roster.

The trade may cost one Titans player a roster spot as Robinson trims the squad to 53 by Saturday afternoon. Angelo Blackson and Antwaun Woods are among the defensive linemen on the bubble.
