Which college football programs have the best linebacker situation heading into 2019? Led by first-team SEC linebacker Dylan Moses, Alabama claims the top spot for the fourth consecutive season. Here are the top 15.

1. Alabama Crimson Tide

Ahead of the 2018 season, the Tide lost a pair of starters (first- and sixth-round NFL draft picks) following a season during which they surrendered just 11.9 points per game. With seven players back with prior starting experience, the points per game rose to 18.1 in 2018. This season, Bama has three starters back (it lost fourth- and fifth-round NFL draft picks) and 16 very highly touted players in the group overall, led by first-team SEC linebacker Dylan Moses.
