Georgia All-America guard Tate Ratledge to return vs. Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Georgia All-America guard Tate Ratledge, who missed the past four games after undergoing TightRope surgery on his left ankle, will return against Florida at EverBank Stadium on Saturday.

Ratledge, a senior from Rome, Georgia, hasn't played since he sprained his left knee and ankle in a 13-12 victory at Kentucky on Sept. 14. He wasn't included on the No. 2 Bulldogs' final injury report, which was released by the SEC on Saturday.

Ratledge is ranked the fifth-best guard available for the 2025 NFL draft by ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr.

It will have been 49 days since Ratledge last took the field. Juniors Dylan Fairchild and Micah Morris were starting in his absence and are expected to remain with the first team against the Gators (3:30 p.m. ET/ABC, ESPN+), sources told ESPN.

The Bulldogs will be without starting safety Dan Jackson and top reserve Joenel Aguero, who will miss the first half after both were ejected for targeting in the second half of a 30-15 win at Texas on Oct. 19.

Receiver/kick returner Anthony Evans III also is out after injuring his hamstring in practice this week.
