Ireland are all out for 154, yet again in the batting has failed to spark and they lose todays game by 190 runs. Porterfield tops scored with 48 off 50 balls, yet too many of the top order batsmen fell cheaply. Chasing 345 was never going to be easy against this impressive New Zealand team and so it proved.
New Zealand bowled very well with all of their bowler taking wickets. Henry finishing with three of them. With that New Zealand claim the four points for the win and with that take unassailable lead in the Tri-Series.
Unsuprisingly Tom Latham has just been named Man of the Match for his fantastic century in New Zealand's innings.
There is still one more match left in the Tri-Series when Bangladesh and New Zealand play again on Wednesday. So please join me then. This is Justin saying goodnight from Malahide.
