10.58 pm: That's all we have for you today, and that brings the limited-overs leg of this tour to a close. There is still a Test match to play, so don't forget to tune in for that. Till then, it's Saurabh Somani bidding you goodbye on behalf of Hemant and Thilak.

Rashid Khan: Thanks to Almighty for this series win after having a very bad ODI series. We knew we had to bat well and make 150-plus. Once we had that total, we knew we have the bowling strength to defend that. You have to be smart and cool and calm as a professional player. Sometimes you are losing but your energy and mindset for upcoming matches is more important. Yes we lost the first three ODIs and the first T20I but still the focus was that we can still win two trophies - T20Is and Test cricket. It's always great to have senior players in the team, it's very helpful for me as a young captain.

Karim Janat is the Man of the Series: (speaking with Rashid translating) Thanks to the crowd for being here and supporting us. It was all about the way the team supported me. I tried my best to give my best with the bat, and specially with the ball. I backed my skills.

Rahmanullah Gurbaz is the Man of the Match: (speaking with Rashid translating) I just wanted to bat longer, that's what the coaches told me. They gave me the confidence and told me to just go there and play my natural game.

Kieron Pollard: It was a similar situation to yesterday. We found ourselves in a hole in the Powerplay and couldn't dig ourselves out of it. I cant fault the effort of the bowlers. but having said that, the guys would have taken a lot from this series and how to adapt and play on slower pitches. We have a long-term plan, but we have to deal with what's in front of us right now. Can't say what will happen in October next year (for the T20 World Cup). Yes we are on the losing side, but these things happen. In sport there is a winner and a loser.

Presentation coming up soon.

10.36 pm: An outstanding innings from Gurbaz set it up, and Afghanistan followed it up by being superb with the ball. This win will taste sweet. They had lost the ODIs 3-0 and then the first T20I, and looked down and out. Karim Janat sparked a turnaround in the second game, and Gurbaz capped it in this game. Rashid was lion-hearted as leader and bowler, as were a whole lot of the Afghanistan players.

Naveen-ul-Haq to Pierre, no run, and he finishes it with a slower ball that dies on the keeper even as it goes past his attempted agricultural heave. Fitting way to finish. Afghanistan have won the series.

Naveen-ul-Haq to Pierre, 1 wide, and he'll have to rebowl that, so that's a bit of an anti climax. Went around the wicket and tailed too far into him to go down leg

Naveen-ul-Haq to Paul, 1 run, off cutter, banged into the pitch, he waits for it and pulls it to the man at deep square leg

Naveen-ul-Haq to Paul, no run, another slower ball, on a length and well outside off. Wild slog attempted, connected only with air

Naveen-ul-Haq to Pierre, 1 run, full toss, he moves across and flicks it to deep midwicket

Naveen-ul-Haq to Holder, OUT, picks out long-on. Slower ball on the seventh stump, he went for the heave, didn't time it. Got enough on it to travel all the way to long-on, but there was a fielder positioned there and it was an easy catch for him

Azizullah: "In history of cricket, has anyone chased 36 runs in the final over to win match?" - I did it regularly in book cricket. India missed a chance at having me in the team...
