9.40pm Phew! What a match, what a finish! Scorchers nearly batted themselves out of this contest but they scrape through in the end in the tightest of finishes. And in his WACA farewell, Brad Hogg will be left ruing that catch he put down to reprieve Ashton Turner. Turner was on 16, Scorchers were two down, and the required rate was mounting. Had that catch been taken, this could have been such a different story. But that's not to be and Scorchers go top of the table after a record chase in front of a record crowd. That's all we have. Thanks for joining us, folks!
"To come back with the bat was unbelievable," says Ashton Agar. "Ashton Turner played an incredible innings. It's what you dream of as a kid - a four off the last bal, a hundred - these are the kind of things you dream of. We'll take great confidence from this performance."
Scores level. Can we get two dots?
Tim David with 2 to get off three
Agar on strike. Three runs needed. Two for a Super Over. Nabi with the unenviable task of bowling it
