6.06 pm That's that from Abu Dhabi. We can take you over to Sharjah, where Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab Kings are meeting up. You can follow that match here. Goodbye from Abu Dhabi. Shreyas Iyer is player of the match: "Just decided to see how the wicket was playing and then take it from there and look to take on the spinners later. Prithvi and Shikhar are attacking players. Rishabh and I have been playing together for the last five years. It is good fun because he takes on bowlers as soon as he comes on. [On returning from injury] The last five months have been hectic, but now I am feeling amazing. I have a close-knit family and friends. They motivated me, and once rehab started, my power came back quicker than I thought. I love to taken on the bowlers."

Rishabh Pant: "[On his bowling attack] If not the best, it is one of the best. But we like to take it as one match at a time. There's a fair bit of planning, as a team we plan according to the batters, and execute according to those plans. Ashwin likes to set his own fields. I am happy with my form. As long as the team is winning, I am happy. [On playing with Shreyas] We have batted together for a long time. He bats 3 and I bat 5 normally. So that helps."

5.57 pm Time for the presentation.

Mohit: "Sanju - 70 of 53 and rest of the team - 45 of 73. That's right there was the difference in the end."

Anrich Nortje: "It was quite slow, but Shreyas said it was difficult to hit straight. So we weire trying to get them to hit straight. All the bowlers did a great job. We try and share ideas as much as we can, and then you make the most of it. [On yorkers] Depends on who is batting, but it's great when it works. We work quite hard on fitness. I don't know when the season's stopping, so you have to stay fit."

Sanju Samson says: "I thought the total was chaseable but we lost too many wickets and weren't able to get any momentum in our chase. We might consider changes for the next game, but it is too early now. We have to remove all emotion before that."

Delhi Capitals haven't yet made the playoffs, but Gaurav Sundararaman reminds us that no team has actually failed to qualify with 16 points before.

Mustafa Moudi: "The Secret for DC's Success is their player names - DhaWON, SteWON, AshWIN, PraWin (Dubey) (Please dont tell anyone) :P"

5.42 pm It's a good win for the Delhi Capitals. Didn't make a lot of runs, but perhaps worked themselves into just the kind of zone that made it a bit comfortable in the end. With their bowling attack, we did mention anything above 150 would be good, and that's what it proved to be. Each bowler who came on to bowl contributed with wickets. Avesh Khan was a standout for them, as was Anrich Nortje.

1
Avesh Khan to Samson, 1 run, And that's that. Full on middle, and driven down towards long on

Avesh Khan to Samson, SIX, inside out, for six! Avesh puts this on a length, just around off, and he smacks this through the extra cover region. Made no attempt to keep it down. Or run.

"Do DC really need Lalit Yadav given how well their 5 man attack is doing? I think they should bring Sam Billings to bolster their batting. " --- Always good to have an extra option, Pranay

2
Rabada to Samson, 2 runs, length, played inside out towards sweeper cover. Dhawan gets to the ball, and drops it promptly. Not sure what went wrong there. It wasn't as if he was looking into the sun. Probably was thinking about his trademark thigh-five celebration?
18.3
0
Rabada to Samson, no run, short, but slow. Samson looks late to get this over short third, but fails to make contact. Completely deceived by the lack of pace on that off-cutter

Shebeer Basheer: "The only team currently supporting RR is CSK! "

There isn't a lot of batting left now for the Royals. In at 8, we have Shamsi. Dhawan steps into a wide slip for him

Nortje to Tewatia, OUT, short, and looks to pull it. Cannot keep it down, and it goes straight down Hetmyer's throat at deep square leg. Just has to move a bit to his left, and that's good enough to pull this catch off
