That's the end of our coverage folks. The second match from Sylhet is coming up, so do stick around for that. Thanks.
More from Taylor: "Very basic errors on the boundary cost us 10-15 runs. Not good enough for a professional outfit. Hopefully we can rectify that against UAE and we'll be a chance."
Peter Borren: "I thought we were probably 20 short. That said we've got a good varied bowling attack, but we would have been confident with 150. It was a pretty poor start from us, but Tom Cooper is a class player and he showed that. Full credit to Zimbabwe, Brendan held their innings together with experience. Maybe if it wasn't for a French cut in the last over, we could have done more."
Simgwat: "after these two Zimbabwe games i,m all out of nails..... NAILBITING stuff"

Taylor is man of the match: We made it difficult for ourselves. They bowled good areas. I tried to get us as far as we could, and I'm glad we finished it off. We knew we were in with a chance because it can be tough to defend in the evening. Williams and I just wanted to take it to the end, and thankfully Vusi was there to finish it off.

Ahsan Malik to Sibanda, SIX, shot! SIBANDAAAA. Malik misses his length for once, sending down an overpitched ball. Sibanda gets low and wallops this high over long on for probably the biggest six of the match. The batsman high-five, Brendan Taylor watches on, almost stunned. The rest of the Zimbabwe team are going nuts.

Everyone is saving the single. 1 from 1 to avoid a Super Over. Another last-ball finish for Zimbabwe.

Ahsan Malik to Williams, OUT, unnecessary from Williams, and this match is down to the last ball. It was a very, very good yorker on middle stump from Malik. Williams digs it out, but it goes straight to the bowler. The batsmen, however, have already determined that they would run, and Malik has the simplest of run outs to complete and the non-striker's end.

van der Gugten to Taylor, OUT, he's got the big wicket! van der Gugten has been terrific in this match and he's delivered the wicket of the Zimababwe captain, with some help from Borren at cover. Taylor backed away and tried to lift it over the covers, but Borren leaps and pulls it down one-handed to breathe new life into his team's hopes.

  • Sibanda shreds Zimbabwe nerves

Peter Borren, the Netherlands captain, was proud of his bowlers and fielders but said they had slipped behind when they posted what he felt was a below-par 140 after choosing to bat.

Plays of the Day from Zimbabwe's victory against Netherlands in Sylhet

  • Zimbabwe prevail in last-ball finish

Zimbabwe kept themselves in contention for the World T20 main draw with a five-wicket win over Netherlands.

  • 'It's all about mental fine-tuning now' - Taylor

With only a day available between games, Zimbabwe captain Brendon Taylor said his team would have to mentally work through where they had fallen short against Ireland, and avoid the same mistakes against Netherlands
