10:42pm And that is all from us! Have a good night. We'll see you tomorrow.

Brathwaite: We talk about putting a team performance. It allows guys like Allen to come and take us up to 170-180. We had a few games back to back, a few injuries, a few niggles. Now we're starting to get some momentum. We'll cherish this victory tonight.

Walton: First 15 overs was very good for us. Unfortunately we didn't close out, I thought they had 20-30 runs too much. It was an improved performance, I'm just disappointed we couldn't get the win.

Fabian Allen is the Man of the Match.

10:28pm A solid effort from Patriots after they fell to 82 for 6 in their innings. They had no business making 94 off the last 47 balls from there, but Fabian Allen was there to help them to it. Tallawahs have fallen 20 short of a total that was probably 30 too many to concede. It all fell apart for them in those last five overs, and in the chase, both Chris Gayle and Andre Russell both fell cheaply even as Glenn Phillips produced a pristine knock to singlehandedly keep them in the hunt. Mohammed Hafeez with a miserly spell through the middle, and tidy bowling from all the seamers meant Patriots could squeeze the spirit out of this chase. They are up to eight points now, while Tallawahs continue to languish at the bottom with two points in seven games.

Brathwaite to Lewis, OUT, taken at extra cover and that is the game! Full legcutter outside off. Looks to slog and gets a top edge to fly high up into the off side and there are no issues for Emrit who gets under that

Brathwaite to Lewis, no run, slower length ball wide outside off, has a slog at it to be beaten

Cottrell was bending down and holding onto his shin after that wicket. Now he's going off the field.

Cottrell to Dernbach, OUT, run out at the non-striker's end. Short ball climbing over his attempted hook shot. He's looking at the square leg umpire as his partner takes off for the run. Thomas chucks it to the bowler with an overarm throw and he picks up to take the bails off with no fuss

JW Dernbach run out 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 0.00

Cottrell to Springer, OUT, taken at extra cover. Short of a length and into the body. Comes on too quickly for his pull and it lobs out to that fielder
