8.4 length slower ball outside off, Charles skies a slog high in the air toward Williams at long-on. He comes in 20 yards off the rope to take a basic catch near the edge of the 30-yard ring. Starved of much of the strike in this partnership, his frustration boiled over. 81/1
11.3 taken at deep square! Colin de Grandhomme lunges low to his right and takes it inches off the floor. Length on middle stump, sweeps on the rise and can't connect too well on it. Dies on the fielder as it goes out there, but he keeps his eyes on it 96/2
17.3 taken at deep midwicket. Slower ball at a length outside off. Gets deep in the crease and has a slog at it. Comes right off the toe-end and carries comfortably to that fielder 142/4
16.4 taken at sweeper cover. Good comeback from the bowler. Slams it into the pitch, back of a length. He steps out and that gets big on him. Has a jab high to his left but can only loft it up for that fielder to come in and hold on. Duminy asks the leg umpire if that can be sent upstairs for height - it's the second bouncer - but the umpire is confident he's got that right. And it looks a good call 139/3
19.1 dragged on. Legcutter, dug in short outside off. Nurse is through his pull short very early and this into the stumps off the bottom edge 159/5

19.3 taken at long-on. Better from Kesrick. Slower ball this time, at a length outside off. Reifer looks to slog into the leg side this time but can't get the timing right. Dragged into the fielder's hands 163/6

0.3 nearly a carbon copy of the first ball of the innings but this time Cornwall can't clear Holder at mid-off! It was fuller than that first ball by Bishop on middle and off, so he couldn't get under it to create the elevation. Holder takes this at chest height at a gentle pace. Big strike from Bishop. 8/1
5.3 chops on! Holder pulls this back fractionally and a touch tighter to the stumps on a good length. Fletcher backs away to carve this over mid-off again but it's not full like the previous ball and he drags a bottom edge into leg stump. Holder has been superb! 48/4
1.4 gone at short third man! Ingram can't capitalize on a life first ball. Holder bangs this in short of a length across fifth stump, goes back to cut but instead slashes an edge to Lalor at short third man. Takes it at head height on the ring. Ingram is filthy with himself. Clever bowling from Holder and great field placement too. 13/2
2.5 a runout next ball after the drop! Fletcher wanted to push for a sharp run to mid-off. Hodge was caught off guard ballwatching and Holder alertly throws to the striker's end where Hodge's dive can't save him despite it not being a direct hit. 15/3
8.3 kamikaze runout! de Grandhomme stabs a good length ball out to backward point and sets off but is rightly sent back by Barnwell. Carter is on the prowl and fields, fires a direct hit from 20 yards and de Grandhomme is two yards short diving back in vain. 62/6
7.1 Carter gives the Tridents another catch of the tournament candidate! Channeling his inner Hayden Walsh Jr. Carter pulls off a one-handed screamer at backward point! It was a short of a length ball on off stump with not much pace, Sammy went back trying to run this off an open face to third man but it didn't come onto the bat as he expected. The ball ballooned squarer than he wanted and it lobbed up to Carter at backward point, who ranged three yards left before putting in a dive with his left-hand/arm and gets the ball to stick at ankle height, holding on with a hard landing. Magnificent. 52/5
10.2 holed out to long-on. Full ball fired into his pads. Lofts this off the front foot, inside half of the bat, and it's taken a fair distance inside the boundary by JP Duminy to his right 71/7
14.5 splits the stumps. Googly, tossed up at a length outside off. Gets low and gets his leg into the leg side to try and play the slog sweep. Missed it by quite a distance and that clatters into middle stump 101/10
13.1 taken with ease. A bouncer at middle stump, he looks to hook that and gets a top edge. Midwicket with a couple of steps to the right to hold on 81/8
