Captain: Rashid Khan

He went wicketless in his last game but that's an aberration rather than the norm for Khan. Among those who have taken at least 200 T20 wickets, Khan's bowling strike rate of 16.3 is behind only those of Umar Gul (15.8) and Saeed Ajmal (16.8). He didn't bat in Patriots' last two games but, as he showed in his first match of the season, he can strike it well with the bat too.

Vice-captain: Evin Lewis

Lewis has had a lukewarm season so far but the signs have been promising. After a laboured 12 off 18 balls in the first game, he was back to his aggressive ways in the Patriots' next two games, scoring 30 off 18 and 29 off 20. If the last two knocks are anything to go by, a big score shouldn't be far away.

Hot Picks

Jason Holder: He has been doing consistent damage with the bat during this CPL. So far, he has registered scores of 38 off 22, 27 off 12 and 34 not out off 19. With the ball, he may have picked up just one wicket in three games, but he is almost always going to bowl his full quota and that simply increases the likelihood of his taking wickets.

Chris Lynn and Ben Dunk: Lynn and Dunk haven't looked at their best yet but mind you, they are among the hardest hitters of a cricket ball and on their day, they can single-handedly win the match for their team. With the caravan moving to Port-of-Spain, the two Australians won't mind a fresh and potentially quicker pitch.

Value picks

Mitchell Santner: One of the wiliest fingerspinners around, Santner hasn't got much of a chance to show off his skills so far. In the Tridents' first game of the season, Santner was Player of the Match for his 20 with the bat and 2 for 18 with the ball. In the next two games, he bowled only one over, which went for 19, but it won't be prudent to leave him out of your fantasy XI.

Sohail Tanvir: Even after these many years, most batsmen find it difficult to deal with Tanvir's unusual bowling action, which gives the illusion of being wrong-footed, and his clever variations. He picked up four wickets in two games before being left out of against the St Lucia Zouks. While we strongly recommend that you include him, double-check after the toss that he is part of the playing XI.

Point to note

This will be the first match at Port-of-Spain this season. On a fresh pitch, expect the ball to come on to the bat better.
