Barcelona coach Quique Setien has said there are no doubts that Lionel Messi will be fit for Saturday's match against Mallorca as the club return to action for the first time since La Liga was suspended in March.
Messi injured his thigh in a clash with a teammate last Tuesday and subsequently missed two training sessions, raising doubts he could miss the restart of the Spanish league this week.

However, he was able to work out individually at Camp Nou on Saturday -- where his teammates played an inter-squad friendly -- and then returned to full training on Monday.
"We never had any doubts about Messi's availability for Mallorca," Setien told Cadena COPE. "He is fine. He had a minor issue but there have been others that have also had problems after such a long break. He stopped [training] as a precaution.
"If we risk players unnecessarily, they could end up being out for two weeks. And that would mean they would miss four of the 11 games we have left."
After Mallorca, Barca welcome Leganes at Camp Nou before potential banana skins away at Sevilla and at home to Athletic Bilbao.
In addition to a fit Messi, Setien will also have Luis Suarez available for selection against Mallorca, but without long-term absentee Ousmane Dembele and the suspended Clement Lenglet.
Setien has not been able to field Suarez since he took charge because of a knee injury and is unlikely to give him 90 minutes this weekend.
"It's something that needs to be discussed," he added when asked if Suarez will start against Mallorca. "I am sure he could, but it would be hasty for him to play for the whole match.
"He's doing really well, but we have to avoid putting him at risk.
"But it's not just [Suarez], everyone, except [Samuel] Umtiti, has come back firing. They're fresher than they were in March. Everyone is excited to get back playing now after three months without games."
Barca were two points clear of Real Madrid when the league was halted. Setien said there were moments in the following weeks when he felt it would be best if the season was cancelled, which happened in France with Paris Saint-Germain crowned Ligue 1 champions.
"After speaking with other coaches, I felt the return of La Liga looked bleak," he added. "We all want to play, but the reality is often different. I don't know how to define it, it was fear.
"But things are different now. There's less contagion all the time [in Spain]. There will not be many problems. [Seeing the] Bundesliga motivates you but not everyone has been in the same situation -- at one point we could have taken France's decision as a reference."
