Can Celtic take big step toward Champions League return?

We landed 5/1 and 11/5 winners over the weekend thanks to Raheem Sterling and Borussia Dortmund to start the new season with a bang and we are confident of more success this week as the Champions League and Europa League qualifiers continue.

The Banker

Celtic continue their Champions League adventure with a tricky trip to Cluj in the third qualifying round. The Romanian champions drew 2-2 with Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel to secure a 3-2 aggregate success, having also beaten Astana of Kazakhstan in the first round.

They will make it tough for the Hoops, but Celtic have been handed a boost before Wednesday's clash even kicks off after Cluj announced that star player Emmanuel Culio will miss the crunch clash through injury.

Celtic have not put a foot wrong so far this season and will be full of confidence after Saturday's 7-0 weekend SPL win over St. Johnstone. They look the pick here and are a 4/5 shot in bet365's 'Draw No Bet' market, meaning stakes would be returned to punters in the event of a draw.

Selection: £5 on Celtic to win 'Draw No Bet' at 4/5 with bet365.

The Tasty Treble

Ajax were one of the stories of the Champions League last season as they reached the semifinals while playing some swashbuckling football, and the Dutch giants look a big price at even money to beat PAOK Salonika in Greece on Tuesday evening. Ajax were moments away from reaching the final last term before Lucas Moura's sensational hat trick saw Tottenham eliminate them in Amsterdam.

Their run last season saw them face Bayern Munich, Benfica, Real Madrid, Juventus and Spurs and they didn't lose to any of those teams away from home. They have lost a couple of star names since, but showed in beating PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Super Cup on July 27 that they are still a force to be reckoned with and they should have enough quality to win in Greece.

Elsewhere, Basel did superbly to oust PSV in the last round and should be too hot at home for LASK Linz. The Swiss champions have looked very strong in Europe so far this season, playing an expansive, attacking style and they look a perfectly acceptable bet at 1/2 here to see off their Austrian opponents.

Finally, Red Star Belgrade have a fine record at home in European competition and are worth backing at 10/11 to edge past FC Copenhagen. The Danish side saw off Welsh minnows TNS without much fuss in the last round but face a much more difficult task here, with the classy Marko Marin expected to feature prominently for the hosts. The Ajax/Basel/Red Star Belgrade treble is chalked up at better than 9/2 with bet365 and can help us continue our current hot streak.

Selection: £2 on the treble at 4.72/1 with bet365.

The Wildcard Tip

Club Brugge and Dynamo Kiev face off in Champions League qualifying action on Tuesday and with both teams having made flying starts to their respective domestic campaigns, the draw could be worth a bet at the Jan Breydel Stadium. Brugge destroyed Sint-Truiden 6-0 on Friday and before that won 3-1 on the road at Beveren. They are warm betting favourites to see off Kiev but the Ukrainian outfit are in good form themselves having won their last three matches, so a small play on a 2-2 draw in Belgium could be the way to bet.

Selection: £1 on Club Brugge and Dynamo Kiev to draw 2-2 at 16/1 with bet365.
