LIVE Transfer Talk: Chelsea, Liverpool, Bayern circle for Juventus' Federico Chiesa

The summer transfer window is closed for the top leagues in Europe! After a summer full of international football, countless clubs waited until the last minute to pull off their transfers. See all the major deals here and check out how we graded the biggest signings. But just because the window is shut until January, that doesn't mean the rumours won't keep coming.

TOP STORY: Juve's Chiesa attracting attention from top clubs

Chelsea, Liverpool and Bayern Munich are keen on Juventus winger Federico Chiesa but the Italian club view the 23-year-old as untouchable, according to Calciomercato.

It has been reported that Chelsea offered €100 million to sign the Italy international in the summer, but Juventus turned down the proposal and don't fear holding onto the player in the future. They signed the winger on loan from Fiorentina in 2020 for a €10m fee over two years, with a €40m option to permanently secure his services in 2022.

The Blues are set to make a move for him again but are closely followed by Liverpool and Bayern Munich. However, it doesn't change the plans for Juventus, who aren't worried about losing him.

Chiesa was a key player for Italy in their victory at Euro 2020, helping turn the tide against England in the final. His seven appearances and two goals at the tournament has attracted interest but his season so far with Juventus has been stop-start, suffering with injuries and only managing 184 minutes so far in four appearances with one goal in a key 3-2 win over Spezia midweek.

20.30 BST: Paul Pogba may be Juventus' first choice to strengthen their midfield this summer, but Calciomercato writes that AS Monaco midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni is a target the Bianconeri are seriously considering after attempting to sign the 21-year-old France international before this most recent transfer window closed. The club from the Principality are said to be willing to sanction Tchouameni's exit for a transfer fee of €40m, and that Chelsea are also working to complete a deal.

18.00 BST: FC Porto winger Luis Diaz is on the radar of Barcelona, according to Marca.

Diaz, 24, has scored five goals in seven Primeira Liga matches for Porto this season and has been linked with a €40m move to Everton recently.

17.10 BST: Man United aren't willing to pay the £90m that West Ham want to sign midfielder Declan Rice.

16.00 BST: Real Madrid are looking to sign Kylian Mbappe in January as they hope he will continue to reject contract offers from PSG, says AS.

Mbappe, 22, earns around €15m per year at PSG and is available on a free transfer in July 2022.

L'Equipe reports that PSG have made four attempts to get Mbappe to sign a new contract, the most recent of which was a five-year deal at €25m per year which was rebuffed, before PSG went back with the same salary increase for two years... again rebuffed.

AS reports that Real Madrid are looking to take advantage and "their plan is to hand Mbappe a bumper signing-on fee and a six-year contract."

Given he won't be out of contract, Madrid will have to part with some cash to make the deal happen. They offered over €200m in the summer, but can expect that figure to be greatly reduced as he's only six months away from a free transfer.

14.32 BST: Juventus want to sign Sampdoria midfielder Mikkel Damsgaard, according to Tuttosport.

Damsgaard, 21, has been attracting attention from Tottenham, Inter and AC Milan after some fine performances at Euro 2020 for Denmark.

Sampdoria are reportedly willing to do a deal for around €25m.

13.47 BST: West Ham wunderkind Divin Mubama is of interest to Manchester City, says Football Insider.

Mubama, 16, is making a name for himself in West Ham's youth teams and has already represented England at U17 level.

City want to land the striker on his first professional contract in October, when he turns 17. But the Hammers are keen to keep him.

13.06 BST: Arsenal and Tottenham are about to do battle on the pitch, so it's not a huge surprise some outlets are linking them with the same player too.

El Nacional reckons that both London clubs want Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho.

The Brazilian shone for Liverpool between 2013 and 2018 but has struggled at Camp Nou and now the club need to move his wages off the books. A loan deal is expected to happen in January,

12.30 BST: Man United signed some of the world's best players this summer, but are still struggling.

11.04 BST: The Sun says that former Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey could return to the Premier League.

Ramsey, 30, left Arsenal for Juventus on a free transfer in 2019 but has struggled for game time and has only made 68 appearances in total. The Wales international has West Ham, Everton and Newcastle on alert.

10.40 BST: Arsenal are on the lookout for a new striker, with Alexandre Lacazette's contract ending in 2022, but Mundo Deportivo reports they will have to pay €42m to sign Sevilla's Youssef En-Nesyri.

En-Nesyri, 24, has 33 goals in 85 games for the club and is a Morocco international.

The striker joined Sevilla from Leganes for €20m in January 2020 and has a contract until June 2025.

10.16 BST: Marca claims that Real Madrid are also one of the clubs keen on Chelsea centre-back Antonio Rudiger.

Rudiger, 28, has reportedly opted not to renew his contract at Chelsea beyond next summer and wants to move on.

Real Madrid are interested, alongside Bayern Munich.

09.44 BST: Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu is being tracked by Real Madrid, according to Defensa Central.

Soyuncu, 25, has been a key part of Leicester's rise in the Premier League since signing in 2018 and the Turkey international has a contract until 2023.

The centre-back has struggled for form recently, however, which may see the club open to letting him leave.

09.00 BST: Manchester United's scouts have been instructed to identify alternative options to Declan Rice in the club's search for a defensive midfielder next summer, sources told ESPN, amid concerns over West Ham's valuation of the player and contrasting opinions within Old Trafford over his ability to significantly improve the team.

Rice, 22, emerged from England's Euro 2020 campaign as one of the key figures in Gareth Southgate's team as the Three Lions reached their first major tournament final since the 1966 World Cup. His performances for England have been followed by an impressive start to this season for David Moyes' team, who have faced United in their last two senior fixtures in the Premier League and Carabao Cup.

Though United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remains an admirer of Rice, sources told ESPN the club's recruitment team is yet to be convinced the former Republic of Ireland youth international possesses the qualities to take the team to another level.
