Chicago 4-0 Vancouver: Fire cruise - Via MLS (2:02)

Chicago Fire continued their scintillating form with an emphatic home win over Vancouver. (2:02)

It was another good week for Nemanja Nikolic of the Chicago Fire, as he scored best in the Audi Player Index. Nikolic had two goals in a 4-0 win over the Vancouver Whitecaps, and that gives him an MLS-leading 16 goals this season. The two goals accounted for 606 of his 1,134 Player Index points.

Nikolic has four more goals than any other player in the league. He also leads the league with 35 shots, six more than anyone else. He added an assist, which gives him 19 goals plus assists this season, most in MLS.

Chicago has outscored opponents by 19 goals when Nikolic is on the field this season. That plus-minus of plus-19 is tied for second-best in MLS this season, behind that of only his teammate Johan Kappelhof.

The Fire also had the No. 2 performer in the Player Index this week, Michael de Leeuw, who tallied 1,022 points.
