Transfer Rater: Thomas Lemar to Barcelona, Moussa Dembele to Man United

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip,

Rafinha to Juventus

The Barcelona midfielder has reportedly been offered to Juventus as the Catalan club look to get the injury-prone player off their books. Rafinha has not featured since April after suffering a serious knee injury and has been widely tipped to leave the Camp Nou. The 24-year-old is hoping to regain full fitness soon and is desperate to be part of Brazil's squad at next summer's World Cup, so a move may benefit him.

Thomas Lemar to Barcelona

The highly rated Arsenal and Liverpool target is expected to leave Monaco in the summer and Barcelona have joined the race for his signature. Arsenal failed with a club record £90 million bid for the 21-year-old on transfer deadline day and now face stiff competition from the La Liga side, according to The Telegraph. With the Gunners and Liverpool keen to follow through on their interest, the chase for the France international should be one of the more compelling transfer sagas.

Peter Gulacsi to Arsenal

Arsenal are tracking RB Leipzig goalkeeper Gulacsi as a potential long-term replacement for Petr Cech. The former Liverpool keeper, who has also been watched by Chelsea scouts, has impressed for the Bundesliga club after conceding 11 goals in nine matches. Cech, 35, is in the final 18 months of his contract at the Emirates and the Gunners are keen to accelerate plans for his successor, especially with David Ospina consistently linked with a move away.

Moussa Dembele to Manchester United

United are leading the race to sign the exciting Celtic striker, while they are also interested in his team-mate Kieran Tierney as a solution to their left-back problem. Dembele, who has also been subject of interest from Arsenal and Liverpool, scored 32 goals in his first season in Scotland which helped the Hoops clinch a domestic treble. He has struggled with injuries this term but still has five goals in nine games. The 21-year-old Frenchman is tipped to become one of the finest finishers in Europe and Brendan Rodgers knows he faces a losing battle trying to keep him at Celtic Park.

Edin Dzeko to Bayern Munich

The former Manchester City striker has emerged as a Bayern Munich target after impressing for Roma. Dzeko, 31, has 59 goals in 103 games for the Giallorossi and has been tipped to join the Bundesliga champions as back-up for Robert Lewandowski. Bayern were forced to use James Rodriguez as a makeshift striker against Celtic on Tuesday night with Lewandowski ruled out through injury. The Poland international recently urged the club to bolster their attacking options. "No-one can last 90 minutes over the whole season and play every three days," the former Borussia Dortmund frontman told Kicker.
