Ryan Sessegnon to Manchester City

The Fulham youngster is in the form of his life having been involved in 12 goals in his last 13 starts. The 17-year-old was a Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool target last summer but according to reports in the Mirror, Manchester City are now leading the race to sign him the £40 million-rated teenager.

Jonathan Tah to Tottenham

With so much uncertainty surrounding the future of Toby Alderweireld, Tottenham have already identified possible replacements for the Belgium International. The Sunday Mirror claim Tah, linked with a move to the Premier League in the past, is a target for Mauricio Pochettino. The 22-year-old only signed a new deal with Bayer Leverkusen in February, removing his €25m summer release clause. The report goes on to suggest the German club would demand closer to £35m for their centre-back.

Andrija Zivkovic to Arsenal

Arsenal are looking to add another attacking talent to their squad this summer in the shape of Zivkovic. According to reports in Portugal, those in charge of recruitment at the Emirates have sent scouts to watch the Benfica playmaker over recent weeks and have been impressed. Though he started life as an attacking midfielder, the 21-year-old has been playing in centre-midfield this season and could be a long-term replacement for Santi Cazorla.

Jamie Vardy to Everton

The Mirror have revealed that Vardy is a summer target for Everton as they look to replace the goals they lost when selling Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United. The Leicester City striker was linked with a move to Merseyside last summer and the interest in the 31-year-old hasn't waned. Everton are in dire need of some pace in the attacking third, as well as a reliable goal threat, and the England striker ticks both boxes. Steve Walsh, the director of football at Everton, knows Vardy well from his time at Leicester and could persuade the forward to link up with him again in a deal that could cost in the region of £40m.

Jean Michael Seri to Liverpool

The Daily Star claim Nice midfielder Seri is a target for Liverpool as Jurgen Klopp looks to reshape his midfield in the summer. Seri, linked with a move to Barcelona last summer, has a deal with the Ligue 1 side up until the summer of 2019 and could be available for a knockdown price when the season ends.
