Transfer Rater: Wilfred Ndidi to Arsenal, Kristoffer Ajer to Dortmund

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Moussa Marega to Everton

Porto are willing to let Marega go this summer, according to The Mirror. The 26-year-old has reportedly attracted interest from Everton and West Ham, while Tottenham Hotspur have previously scouted the striker. The Mali international also holds a French passport, so he wouldn't need a work permit, and has a £35 million release clause. Marega shouldn't cost big money despite having 20 league goals to his name this season.

Ademola Lookman to Crystal Palace

With Wilfried Zaha likely to be a target for a number of big Premier League clubs after his impressive season, Crystal Palace have started looking at possible replacements for their main man. The Sun reports Lookman is top of their list. The 20-year-old's Everton career has hit the rocks and he opted to go on loan to RB Leipzig in January for first-team football. The former Charlton man is reported to be keen on a return to London.

Rodrigo Battaglia to West Ham United

Portuguese outlet O Jogo claim Battaglia is a West Ham United transfer target. The Londoners reportedly had a £17m bid turned down for the Sporting Lisbon midfielder in January, but could return for him in the summer. They would face competition from a number of clubs in Italy though, with Roma, Napoli and Inter Milan reported to be chasing him too. The Portuguese side demanded £26m earlier this year but he would be a cheaper option than William Carvalho, who has also been linked with a move from Sporting to West Ham.

Kristoffer Ajer to Borussia Dortmund

Celtic's Ajer has attracted the attention of Borussia Dortmund, according to The Mirror, after the Norwegian emerged as a first-team starter at centre-back for the Scottish champions this season. The 19-year-old signed for Brendan Rodgers' side in 2016 for just £500,000 and any move away from Celtic would see them net a huge profit. His current club boss thinks very highly of him, saying: "I think he has a great career ahead of him." That came after the teenager made his debut for Norway during the last international break.

Wilfred Ndidi to Arsenal

Leicester City midfielder Ndidi will be an Arsenal transfer target this summer, according to The Sun. The newspaper quotes sources close to the player, which claim there have been a number of clubs who have been in contact about a move, with Liverpool and Manchester United also interested. But the Nigerian's close friendship with compatriot Alex Iwobi is thought to be a key factor in making a switch to the Emirates the most likely outcome this summer should the 21-year-old leave the King Power Stadium.
