Neymar has been linked with a move away from the French capital ever since he arrived in 2017 for a fee of €222m, and his employers would appear to have had enough of his attitude and propensity for injury, despite the fact he scored 51 goals in 58 games.
The 27-year-old has attracted attention from Real Madrid and Barcelona in recent weeks, while PSG chairman and CEO Nasser Al-Khelaifi has said that the French champions will no longer tolerate superstar attitudes from their biggest players in a veiled threat to the Brazilian.
Neymar is believed to have grown frustrated with PSG's lack of success in Europe and, if he does move to Spain, it could open the door for a sensational move to Paris for Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann.
The 31-year-old midfielder has attracted interest from the Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Newcastle and wants a two-year deal rather than the one-year on offer.
Angelino, 22, left City in 2018 but now PSG are reported to be interested, sources have told ESPN that City will move first to take up their option.
But the England U20 international is set to pen a new five-year deal at Norwich according to Sky Sports.

According to the Daily Record, Liverpool youngster Sheyi Ojo is ready to move to Scotland and is set on a transfer. He would be the third player to swap Anfield for Ibrox since Gerrard took over last summer.
13.04 BST: Chelsea will make a formal approach to Derby County for manager Frank Lampard this week and want to offer the club legend a three-year contract to succeed Maurizio Sarri, sources have told ESPN FC.
Sarri's departure to take over at Juventus was confirmed on Sunday, with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia confirming the 60-year-old had asked to be allowed to return to Italy in order to be closer to his family and friends.
Lampard has been identified as the preferred choice to take the reins, with former Chelsea academy coach Jody Morris and fitness coach Chris Jones expected to join him in returning to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea would be required to pay £4m to release Lampard from his current Derby deal, but are well placed to do so after Granovskaia secured around £5m from Juventus in the agreement that took Sarri to Turin.
12.47 BST: Bayern Munich attacker Thomas Muller has reportedly been offered annual wages of around €25m by an unnamed Chinese Super League club.
However, the 29-year-old is not tempted by the offer, according to German outlet kicker. With Muller not going anywhere, the German champions continue their search for a new winger (Leroy Sane, if they can persuade him to leave Man City) and, for now, have pulled out of the race to sign Timo Werner from Leipzig.
12.30 BST: Gary Cahill hasn't been very happy at Chelsea this season, given he's barely played, and Sport Mediaset claim that Inter Milan are interested in him.
Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is now manager of Inter, and he actually liked the 33-year-old centre-back. So this could be goer.

The PSG right-back told SPORT: "Right now, I am 100 percent focused on Brazil and having a great Copa America. After that, I will decide my future -- whether I stay or go. I do not know what will happen at the moment. My future will depend on the offer that is put forward to me. I am passionate about PSG's people -- those who care about the club and are part of it. However, in sporting terms, we did not achieve the results we had hoped to. I need a team that really knows how to compete for its goals."
Ouch. RMC Sport say that Alves is on his way out, with a move to the Premier League a possibility for the 36-year-old.
11.43 BST: Last week, Atletico Madrid CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin revealed that Antoine Griezmann would be playing for Barcelona next season, confirming what sources told ESPN FC in May.
However, Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has been speaking to RAC1 as is keeping his cards close to his chest.
On Griezmann, he said: "We haven't talked, there's nothing new, we'll see how the market evolves in the coming weeks."
And generally speaking about transfers: "We have all of June, July and August ... we are being careful with the management of the club. There will be departures and arrivals."

11.22 BST: Roma have reportedly made a €20m bid for Betis' Pau Lopez, but the Spanish club want his buyout clause met, which is over €30m.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper has been linked to Barcelona and Tottenham in the past, but the Giallorossi are on the lookout for a replacement for Robin Olsen and they view Lopez as a better alternative to Liverpool loanee Loris Karius.
11.03 BST: RB Leipzig manager Ralf Rangnick has revealed there have been no offers for striker Timo Werner.
Werner, 23, wants to move to a bigger club and says he won't extend his contract (which runs out in June 2020). Liverpool and Bayern Munich have been credited with interest but so far no club has come forward.
"Timo is of the opinion that he does not want to extend the contract," Rangnick told Kicker. "So far, no club has reported their interest or said they would speak with Timo and want to sign him. It's not a good idea for Timo to go into the final year of his contract, which could be difficult for his relationship with the fans depending on how his performance turns out."
10.36 BST: Arsenal are looking for a new centre-back and have reportedly agreed a deal for Saint-Etienne defender William Saliba, according to Foot Mercato.
Saliba, 18, has also caught the eye of Manchester United and City but while the Gunners have agreed personal terms with him, they have yet to thrash out a transfer fee. Saint-Etienne evidently want around £26m, which is a significant chunk of Arsenal's summer budget
10.14 BST: Barcelona's Arturo Vidal is the latest player to be linked with a move to China.
Reports in France suggest an unnamed Chinese Super League club are keen on the midfielder, who is currently at the Copa America in Brazil with Chile.
Despite Barca planning a number of changes this summer, though, sources have told ESPN FC that Vidal is not one of the players they are actively looking to move on. However, that could change if the offer was too good to turn down and the player was keen to leave after just one season at Camp Nou.
09.55 BST: Bayern Munich have not made an approach to sign Gareth Bale on loan from Real Madrid, the player's agent Jonathan Barnett told ESPN FC on Monday.
The Wales international is widely reported to be among those expected to leave the Spanish giants this summer, with the player considered surplus to requirements since the return of Zinedine Zidane as coach.
Reports claim the Bundesliga champions are prepared to match Bale's wages in order to take him on loan and strengthen their attack after losing Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery this summer. However, Barnett labelled the speculation as "rubbish."
09.37 BST: PSG might be able to soothe the possible exit of Neymar, as Canal+ claims they are in talks with Lazio over midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Serbian has dropped off the radar somewhat since he was linked with Manchester United and Real Madrid in 2018, but PSG are reportedly set to make a €100m bid. And they may be encouraged by quotes from Lazio president Claudio Lotito, who recently told Gazzetta dello Sport: "At Lazio we only keep those who want to stay. If the player expresses the intention to try a new challenge, we won't stand in their way.."

09.06 BST: Manchester United are one of a number of clubs monitoring Leicester midfielder James Maddison, sources have told ESPN FC, but the player himself has played down his reported £60m pricetag.
Asked by Sky Sports News whether talk of a move will play on his mind at the U21 European Championships, the England midfielder said: "No, you have just got to ignore that and take it all in your stride.
"As a 17 year-old boy I'd started five games for Coventry and saw on my phone that I was being linked with Tottenham and Liverpool. With transfer talk you need to take it as a compliment that people are even talking about you, it won't distract me."
08.34 BST: Marca report that Atletico Madrid are gearing up for a record summer in the transfer window.
According to the publication, the Rojiblancos will get €120m once Antoine Griezmann's release clause drops in July, making him the club's most lucrative transfer as the France international is expected to join Barcelona.
Atletico intend to make Benfica rising star Joao Felix their club record signing (see below) while the club are also keen on Sporting Lisbon's Bruno Fernandes for €45m and €40m worth of Marcos Llorente.
08.00 BST: Cruzeiro sporting director Marcelo Djian says they are negotiating with Real Madrid in the hope of signing Brazilian midfielder Lucas Silva on a permanent transfer.
Silva, 26, who has played on loan at Cruzeiro since January 2017, has one year left on his contract with Madrid and wants to remain in Brazil.
"We are talking to Real Madrid," Djian said as reported in AS. "We should have a definite position on Tuesday. We have also spoken to Lucas Silva. Our expectation is that we even get a (permanent transfer). He has shown professionalism in the past two years and we hope to have a favourable answer."
Several European clubs, including Sevilla, Atalanta and Benfica, are also reportedly interested in signing Silva. The player signed for Madrid in January 2015 from Cruzeiro but made just eight appearances before being loaned to Marseille in the 2015-16 campaign. He is one of 12 players expected to leave Madrid this summer.

Atletico close in on Felix
One of the longest transfer sagas of the summer could see Portuguese wonderkid Joao Felix join Atletico Madrid, reports Marca.
The 19-year-old has attracted interest from all over Europe, including from Manchester City, but Marca suggest that Atletico led the chase as a result of the money they have at their disposal once Griezmann is sold.
Felix scored 20 goals and made 11 assists in 43 games for Benfica in an impressive breakout season, but his contract doesn't finish until 2023 -- meaning that Atleti would have to spend a lot of the Griezmann money to get their man.
Diego Simeone is also hoping to add Bruno Fernandes to his squad, and is prepared to sanction a bid of up to £45m to land the Sporting Lisbon star.
Lampard tops list for Chelsea hotseat
Chelsea are stepping up their search for a new manager following Maurizio Sarri's official appointment at Juventus on Sunday.
Sarri leaves the west London club after just one year and signs a three-year deal in Turin, and now legend Frank Lampard tops the list to replace him, reports the Daily Mail.
Lampard is joined on the wanted list by Ajax boss Erik ten Hag, Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo and RB Leipzig's Ralf Rangnick.
Lampard led Derby County to the Championship playoff final after a good first season in management. Yet while his links to Chelsea make him an obvious candidate, there are concerns by some that the job comes too soon in his development as a manager.
Chelsea would have to pay the Rams £4m in compensation to release Lampard from his contract.

The 23-year-old moved to north London just 12 months ago from Sampdoria and has already been linked with a move back to Italy, with the Rossoneri -- now managed by Torreira's former boss Marco Giampaolo -- leading the chase. However, Arsenal have said he's not for sale.
- Roma are preparing to raid rivals Napoli for a sensational double swoop for Amadou Diawara and Dries Mertens, according to Corriere dello Sport.
