Arsenal finished the season with a 3-1 victory over Burnley to ensure they finished above Manchester United in fifth place.
A double from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gave the Gunners control of the game, before Ashley Barnes pulled one back. However, Eddie Nketiah set the seal on the victory in stoppage time with his first career Premier League goal.

Positives
Aubameyang will be delighted that his brace meant that he was jointly awarded the Golden Boot with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane. It capped a fantastic week for the striker, who scored five goals in the space of four days.
Unai Emery will have been encouraged by the contributions of the youthful pair of Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah, who both showed they are players of considerable promise.
Negatives
Ultimately this is a frustrating day for Arsenal. They finish just a single point off Spurs and the top four, and were it not for their dismal recent run they would easily have qualified for the Champions League.
Aubameyang might also reflect on the missed penalty in the North London derby that arguably cost Arsenal the chance to finish above their rivals.

7 -- Emery struck a good balance between rotation and consistency, fielding a strong enough side to get a positive result while also resting several key players for the Europa League final.

GK Bernd Leno, 7 -- The goalkeeper was involved in a gamelong tussle with Barnes, and largely had the better of it. His footwork was immaculate -- and one wonders whether that will have given Emery any pause for thought about his choice for the Europa League final.
DF Stephan Lichtsteiner, 6 -- This was surely Lichtsteiner's final appearance in an Arsenal shirt. Given his age he was always a somewhat strange signing, and he'll presumably be released this summer. As it goes, this was one of his steadier displays.
DF Shkodran Mustafi, 6 -- The much-maligned German made a brilliant first-half block to deny Matthew Lowton. However, he arguably allowed Barnes to evade him too easily at the near post when he brought Burnley back into the game.
DF Konstantinos Mavropanos, 5 -- Arsenal's senior centre-halves are so poor that the fans can't help but invest their hopes in the potential of this young Greek defender. However, recent outings have suggested he is still some way short of the required level to start regularly in the Premier League. After a shaky start to this game, he was substituted with a first-half injury.
DF Nacho Monreal, 6 -- Arsenal's captain on the day looked comfortable in his customary role as a left-back in a back four. Emery has historically preferred using a back four at his other clubs, so one would expect Arsenal to revert that system permanently next season.
MF Matteo Guendouzi, 8 -- This felt like a good day for Guendouzi's development. It was an intense physical battle, yet he stood up to the challenge and emerged as the game's most influential midfield player.
MF Mohamed Elneny, 7 -- This might have been an Arsenal farewell for Elneny, who has never really looked like being part of Emery's plans this season. This was a typical Elneny display: solid but unspectacular.
MF Henrikh Mkhitaryan, 6 -- With debate surrounding whether or not Mkhitaryan will travel to Baku for the Europa League Final, this was not a performance that suggested Arsenal will particularly miss him if he fails to make the trip.
MF Joe Willock, 7 -- On his first Premier League start, Willock produced an assured display. He's had a fantastic campaign with the Under-23 side, so it'll be interesting to see if Emery considers him part of the first team next season.
MF Alex Iwobi, 8 -- After a quiet first half, Iwobi really grew into the game and became a constant threat down Arsenal's left flank. His assist for Aubameyang's second goal was a rare example of the Nigerian showing a cool head in the opponent's penalty area.
FW Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 8 -- Arsenal's midweek hat trick hero began this game chasing the Golden Boot, and almost made a fantastic start when his header hit the angle of the post and bar. It was no surprise when it was the Gabon international who capitalised on a loose back pass to race clear and give Arsenal the lead. He pulled level with Salah when he smashed home Iwobi's cross -- and probably ought to have finished with a hat trick.
