Anthony Martial left it late but earned Monaco a point in a 1-1 draw against Paris St Germain that leaves the defending champions seven points off the Ligue 1 pace.
Ninety minutes were on the clock when Martial struck, cancelling out Lucas Moura's opener for PSG.
Consequently, Laurent Blanc's men are well off the pace being set by Marseille, with with result taking the gloss of a week which saw them beat Barcelona in the Champions League.
Marco Verratti almost continued his goalscoring exploits from that clash in midweek inside the opening 10 minutes but the Italian could only fire over the bar from Lucas' cutback.
Monaco offered an instant response as they began to grow into the game when Geoffrey Kondogbia broke easily from midfield but, after latching on to his pass, Lucas Ocampos saw his effort fly just clear of the crossbar.
Soon after the hosts had a penalty claim turned down after Edison Cavanai took a tumble under an Andrea Raggi challenge before, at the other end, only some superb last-ditch Zoumana Camara defending prevented Yannick Ferreira Carasco from opening the scoring.
The visitors went closest to a first-half goal with just seconds to play when Carasco met Joao Moutinho's superb cutback but his effort crashed against the crossbar as a pulsating opening 45 minutes came to an end.
Having impressed in the first half, Javier Pastore picked up where he left off at the restart and his good work produced another chance for Blanc's men but half-time substitute saw his shot from inside the area saved well by Daniel Subasic.
The hosts continued to ride their luck though and, when Salvatore Sirigu pushed a cross into Layvin Kurzawa's pass, only a superb last-ditch clearance from Gregory van der Wiel prevented the principality side from taking the lead.
And, with 71 minutes on the clock, the Dutch defender's heroics paid dividends as PSG grabbed a crucial opener in style.
Bahebeck was the creator and, following some good work from the youngster, his cutback was smashed beyond a helpless Subasic by Lucas Moura.
However, Monaco were undeterred and with the three points seemingly going to the hosts, Martial popped up deep into injury time to grab an equaliser.
Kurzawa found space in the left and his cross caused confusion inside the PSG box before falling to Monaco's number 23 bundled the ball beyond Sirigu to dent the current champions' hopes of closing the gap.
