RB Leipzig say midfielder Diego Demme sustained only a bruised knee following a challenge by Liverpool target Naby Keita in training.
Leipzig are currently in a preseason camp in Seefeld, Austria ahead of their first-ever Champions League campaign.
During Monday's session, the workout was ended abruptly following Keita's retaliatory challenge on one-time Germany international Demme.
Kicker reported that Demme had won the ball off Keita with a tackle that left the former Istres midfielder in pain, and he took revenge and jumped into Demme, who was left lying on the pitch and limped off with a bandage around his knee.

Coach Ralph Hasenhuttl then immediately stopped the training session, kicker added.
However, a further examination showed that Demme only sustained a bruised knee, with Leipzig confirming on Twitter that the midfielder not suffered any meniscal or ligament damage in the tackle.
