Reported Barcelona and Manchester United target Joao Miranda says he has received offers from English and Spanish clubs, while his agent is currently working on his future.

Miranda, 29, was a key fixture in Atletico Madrid's defence which played an important role in their run to the Liga title and the final of the Champions League last season, and Colchoneros coach Diego Simeone is thought to be keen to ensure he stays at the Estadio Vicente Calderon.

However, the centre-back told Radio ESPN in Brazil that he had received some interesting offers from other clubs and suggested an exit from Atletico was being discussed.

"I have some offers and we are negotiating," Miranda said. "I have offers from the Spanish league, another from the English league and other competitions. My agent is in Europe now resolving my future."

Atletico chief executive Miguel Angel Gil Marin has said that his club's prized assets -- also including Chelsea targets Diego Costa and Filipe Luis, who are both also represented by Miranda's agent Jorge Mendes -- will only leave should their buyout clauses be paid in full.

Miranda, though, believes a deal could be done for less than the 30 million euro figure in his current contract, which still has two years left to run.

"My clause is 30 million euros, but it is negotiable," he said.
