Jose Luis Rodriguez scored twice as Panama beat Grenada in Orlando to finish in third place in Group D.

Panama (1-1-1) saw its hopes of advancing end earlier in the evening when Qatar defeated Honduras. Grenada (0-3-0) managed its first goal of the tournament, though it trailed 3-0 before Romar Frank tallied in the 76th minute.

Alberto Quintero opened the scoring for Panama in the seventh minute, and Rodriguez secured the result with goals in the 27th and 64th minutes.
