Cosic is the only permanent arrival, signing a deal until June 2018.
The other two arrivals announced on the club's official website are loan moves.
Marco Giampaolo's side have lost their first two matches of the Serie A season, following up a 3-1 home defeat to Chievo with a 2-1 reverse at AC Milan.
