Brazil international striker Vagner Love has joined Monaco from Brazilian club Corinthians.
Vagner, 31, who helped Corinthians to the Campeonato Brasileiro title last year, scoring 14 goals in the process, has inked a two-year deal and will go straight into Leonardo Jardim's plans.
Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev whose side have managed only 27 goals in 20 league matches this season, cited the need for more fire power up front as the main reason for the club's purchase of the former CSKA goal machine, for an undisclosed fee.

"Vagner Love is a striker who has shown all his value in his European career and more recently with Corinthians," Vasilyev said.
"We have had problems scoring goals since the start of the season, and we are convinced Vagner Love can provide us with all his quality in that department.
"He was very motivated to join us, which bodes well for Monaco meeting its target for the second half of the season."
The striker made his name in 10 seasons for Russian side CSKA, where he scored 79 goals in 158 appearances. Love went on to join Chinese Super League giants Shandong Luneng before returning to Brazil to turn out for Corinthians last year.
"I'm very happy and very proud to be joining this great club, Monaco. Hopefully, I can bring all my experience to the team, to achieve the targets set by the management," he said in a statement.
Love could make his debut on Sunday when Monaco travel to Lorient where three points may see them surpass Angers to move into second place behind leaders Paris Saint Germain.
