The agent of Roma forward Antonio Sanabria says he has had contact with Tottenham Hotspur.
Reports in the UK and Italy claim Spurs have agreed a fee for the 20-year-old Paraguay international, who scored 11 La Liga goals on loan at Sporting Gijon last season.
Sanabria graduated from Barcelona's renowned La Masia academy and he has also been linked with a return to the Nou Camp this summer.
His agent says there has been contact with Spurs -- who announced the signing of Victor Wanyama from Southampton on Thursday -- but insists a decision on his client's future is not imminent.
"I'm speaking generally," agent Raul Verdu told Italian daily Tuttomercatoweb.
"There has been some contact, but we'll have to evaluate with Roma. Right now the lad belongs to the Giallorossi, and I'll speak with [sporting director Walter] Sabatini to decide how to move.
"At the moment there's nothing concrete on Sanabria's future, we'll see if there's news next week."
