Wolfsburg have signed Jakub Blaszczykowski from Borussia Dortmund on a three-year contract.
Poland international Blaszczykowski, who joined Dortmund in 2007, has completed a permanent deal for a reported €5 million after Thomas Tuchel deemed him surplus to requirements at Dortmund.
The 30-year-old winger joins Wolfsburg to help fill the void left by Andre Schurrle's move in the opposite direction earlier this summer.
Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs told the club's official website: "Jakub Blaszczykowski is a great fit for the team, not only because of his footballing qualities but also because he leads by example when it comes to determination, commitment and passion.
"He is someone who fully identifies with the club he plays for. We are looking forward to him in a Wolfsburg shirt."

Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking added: "Blaszczykowski significantly increases our flexibility in terms of attacks on the right-hand side of the pitch. He is an enormous benefit [to the team]."
Blaszczykowski, who spent last season on loan at Fiorentina, had written on his Facebook page on Sunday: "New week, new challenge. Starting tomorrow. Ready for action!"
He managed only 20 appearances during an injury-hit loan spell, and the Italian club opted against making the deal permanent.
He went on to enjoy an impressive Euro 2016 campaign with Poland, although he missed the decisive penalty in the shootout defeat to Portugal in the quarterfinals.
Blaszczykowski established himself as a Dortmund fan favourite during his time at the club, scoring 32 goals and providing 52 assists in his 253 games.
He won two Bundesliga titles and one DFB Pokal as well as starting the Champions League final defeat to Bayern Munich in 2013.

Club CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke added:" We wish Kuba all the best in his future endeavours. He knows that he and his family will always be welcome in Dortmund."
