Javier Pastore not leaving Paris Saint-Germain for Juventus - agent

Javier Pastore's agent says reports linking the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder with a move to Juventus are unfounded.

Pastore, 27, has been linked with a move to Turin this month or in the summer, but his advisor Marcelo Simonian says that while the former Palermo player would give some serious thought to returning to Italy, no approach has been made by the Serie A champions.

"Nobody from the Bianconeri has called me," Simonian told juvenews.eu. "All I can say is that Javier loves Italy and he would return there in a flash, but PSG do not want to sell him. I get the impression that they do not want rid of him, despite there being offers."

Pastore made a name for himself in Italian football between 2009 and 2011, when he scored 14 goals in 69 Serie A outings for Palermo.

He has made 151 appearances in Ligue 1 since joining PSG five-and-a-half years ago, scoring 25 goals, although he is currently sidelined with torn cruciate ligaments.

Meanwhile, Simonian has ruled out a move for another of his clients, Inter Milan's Ever Banega.

"Ever is happy at Inter and he is now getting used to Italian football," he said. "Of course he is going to stay at Inter, but we hope he starts playing more."

Banega was an unused substitute for the 3-0 win against Pescara on Saturday, being left out of the Inter starting XI for the seventh time since his summer switch from Sevilla on a free transfer.
