The winter transfer window is closed, but now it's time to look ahead to the summer! Here are the new rumours floating around Europe's big leagues and beyond.
TOP STORY: PSG and Chelsea targeting Donnarumma
PSG sporting director Leonardo is keen to sign AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, reports Tuttosport, but he faces pressure from Frank Lampard at Chelsea.
Both clubs are said to be interested in the Milan star, though both prefer a swap deal. Leonardo is hoping to include Alphonse Areola in any negotiations, while Lampard is thinking along the same lines -- and wants to offer Kepa Arrizabalaga in any deal.
However, the Rossoneri are intent on selling Donnarumma for cash if they're to lose the keeper at all, according to Tuttosport.
That could involve a huge fee, which could put off Chelsea. However, PSG could still be tempted, given that it's not beyond the realm of possibility that they could receive a large sum in return for Neymar if the Brazilian's protracted move to Barcelona happens this summer.

22.44 BST: Moise Kean struggled to adapt to the English game in his first season with Everton, and rumours are swirling that the 20-year-old could already be headed back to Italy.
A report in Tuttosport, suggests that Internazionale are monitoring the Italy international's situation and could look to sign him for £25 million. Inter CEO Beppe Marotta knows Kean well from his time in Turin and also enquired about the youngster last year when Juve made him available. With Inter potentially set to lose Lautaro Martinez, Kean could be a young option for Antonio Conte top plug in up top.
Inter are also considering Dries Mertens, Olivier Giroud, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Anthony Martial according to the report.
22.04 BST: Hatem Ben Arfa has had rollercoaster career, the Frenchman seemingly alternating between great highs and lows.
Most recently, Ben Arfa is on a low, as after a disastrous spell at Real Valladolid, the 33-year-old is looking for a fresh start. Le10Sport claims Claude Puel and Saint Etienne are considering adding the playmaker for next season. Puel, who oversaw Ben Arfa's career season at Nice in 2015-16 (17 goals, six assists), reportedly still believes in Ben Arfa's talent and would consider bringing in former charge, especially at a cheap price.
Ben Arfa, who has played at Lyon, Marseille, Newcastle, Hull, Nice, PSG, Rennes and Real Valladolid, cannot be written off, as he has had an unlikely career renaissance or two before...
21.19 BST: Real Madrid want Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz but at £70 million, even free spending Los Blancos might need to be creative to get their man.
While some reports claim that Napoli's asking price has been lowered to £52m, Real Madrid could still look to add a player in return to try and drive down the price. Goal.com writes that one player who could be offered up is summer flop Luka Jovic. Jovic, who signed from Eintracht Frankfurt for £62m last summer, has scored just two goals in 24 games since arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Jovic recently angered Madrid's brass by violating their quarantine protocol, and with Napoli likely to need a Arkadiusz Milik replacement, Jovic could be worth the gamble.
20.31 BST: If reports in Spain are to be believed, a club could be closing in on Philippe Coutinho.
Sport is claiming that Coutinho prefers a Premier League return, and that Chelsea and Barca have already begun talks regarding the Brazilian. Bayern have already said they will no trigger their buy clause on Coutinho, meaning Barcelona will need to find another club to offload Coutinho on. Barcelona paid €160 million for Coutinho in Jan. 2018 but the 27-year-old has never replicated his Liverpool heights since arriving at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona reportedly want to recoup at least €90m for Coutinho but with Barcelona desperate to raise funds to buy Lautaro Martinez and Coutinho's lofty wages, Chelsea believe they can acquire the player for much less.
19.55 BST: Former England underage international Reece Oxford could be set to return home come the summer.
Still just 21, the defender has spent much of his early career in Germany, having had three loan stints in the Bundesliga before signing for Augsburg on a permanent basis back in August. A Premier League debutant at 16 and once widely regarded as one of England's brightest prospects, Oxford has yet to play more than 10 league games in a season at any of his previous spots (West Ham, Reading, Borussia Monchengladbach, Augsburg).
According to the Mirror, though, a handful of Championship sides, as well as Crystal Palace, are looking to give Oxford a chance to reignite his career in his homeland. The Bundesliga is scheduled to start back up next month but we'll see if Oxford is in Germany much longer than that.
19.06 BST: Barcelona want Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez but with money tight, the Catalan club could look to add players to a prospective deal in order to lower the asking price.
The Argentine currently has a £97 million release clause at Inter, but Barca are unlikely to be able to meet that figure to due to the financial impact of the coronavirus and the fact they already have expensive attackers like Antoine Griezmann, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele on the books.
Inter reportedly are keen on Barca midfielder Arthur but with the Blaugrana having rejected that proposition, Nelson Semedo, Carles Alena and Junior Firpo are all players who Barca could look to offer the Italian club, according to Sky Sports. There figures to be a lot of back and forth between these two clubs this summer but one thing is for sure, Barcelona want Lautaro.
18.33 BST: Leicester City are reportedly doing their due diligence on controversial Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos.
Football Insider has learned that Brendan Rodgers and Co. are interested in the Colombian striker but any potential transfer would hinge on a thorough background check of the volatile striker. Morelos, who has bagged 59 goals in 94 games over the past two years, has been sent off seven times over the past two seasons, leaving many to question if he is too risky of a proposition for top clubs.
Brendan Rodgers will also know Morelos well from his time at Celtic but will have to determine if Morelos' talent and goalscoring ability outweighs his temper and unpredictability. The Scottish club had been holding out for £25 million for the Colombian but with Morelo's disciplinary record and the current economic situation in football, Rangers might have to settle for far less.
17.57 BST: What is next for Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal?
While the 32-year-old is reportedly happy at Barcelona, Chile manager Reinaldo Rueda's recent comments have fuelled speculation the Chilean could seek a new challenge for next season. Speaking to Sport, Rueda had the following to say about Vidal's future:
"As far as I know there is a chance of [Vidal] going back to Italy," Rueda said. "Dortmund was recently very very interested in him. But there is nothing concrete and you must have patience to reach a decision."
Vidal has played for Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus, Bayern Munich and Barcelona since arriving in Europe from Colo Colo in 2007.
17.11 BST: Maurizio Sarri loves himself some Jorginho but could the Juventus boss reunite with his ex-charge for a third time?
The Daily Mail reports that Jorginho is wanted by the Juventus boss, who previously coached the Italy international at Napoli and Chelsea. The 28-year-old, who Sarri brought with him to Chelsea for £57 million, has a central figure of Sarriball, keeping the ball moving with short and accurate passes.
In order to land Jorginho, Juve are reportedly willing to send winger Federico Bernardeschi the other way. The 26-year-old, who has been a bit on the periphery in Turin, was bought for £34 million from Fiorentina back in 2017 and could be useful at Chelsea, who are expected to lose two wingers in Willian and Pedro.
16.25 BST: Mesut Ozil is willing to join his Arsenal teammates in taking a pay cut but wants assurances over the club's future financial plans, sources have told ESPN.
The north London announced on Monday that the "first-team squad, head coach Mikel Arteta and core coaching staff" had agreed a 12.5% wage reduction for 12 months starting before the end of April.
However, at least three players have rejected the proposal including Ozil, who is the club's highest-paid player on £350,000-a-week.
Sources close to negotiations have told ESPN that Ozil turned the club down because of a lack of effective communication over how the money would be used and the future financial implications, rather than for personal financial reasons.
15.26 BST: Newcastle's prospective new owners will go after a big-name manager with Massimiliano Allegri and Mauricio Pochettino among their preferred candidates and Edinson Cavani a transfer target, sources have told ESPN.
Paperwork is being finalised for the sale after an agreement was found on Monday between Mike Ashley and PCP Capital Partners, the Saudi-backed consortium.
Despite reports suggesting Steve Bruce will have time to prove himself, sources have told ESPN the owners want a more high-profile name for next season, with four leading contenders: Pochettino, Allegri, Rafael Benitez and Lucien Favre.
14.58 BST: Xherdan Shaqiri has been linked with a move away from Liverpool given he's not first-choice, but his brother Erdin has been speaking about the future.
"I think there will be many offers for Xherdan in the summer," Erdin said in quotes reported by Blick. "Already in January there was concrete interest from two or three clubs. These -- their names have already been taken up in various media -- will knock again."
Roma and Borussia Dortmund are just two clubs that have been linked with the Switzerland international.
14.26 BST: Gareth Bale will be staying at Real Madrid as the club can't find a buyer for the Welshman, says the Sun.
Bale, 30, has been linked with his former club Tottenham and also a move to China, but his £650,000-a-week wages are proving a stumbling block.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane has made it clear that Bale isn't going to be first-choice, but the winger, who still has two years left on his deal, will stay a part of his squad for next season.
14.02 BST: Transfermarkt journalist Nicolo Schira says that Arsenal are keen to sign Celtic defender Kristoffer Ajer.
Ajer, 22, has impressed at Parkhead over the past three years and has also attracted the interest of AC Milan.
13.32 BST: Alphonso Davies signed a new deal at Bayern Munich yesterday and nobody could have predicted how far he has come.
12.40 BST: Barcelona may have to ask players to take further wage cuts with the club forced to knock €200m off their budget for next season due to the coronavirus pandemic, sources have told ESPN.
The players have already agreed to take a 70% reduction to their monthly salaries for as long as the state of alarm remains in place in Spain. It started on March 14 and is set to end on May 10.
However, former vice president Emili Rousaud, who was a member of the board of directors until last week, told ESPN "the club's proposal lacked ambition given the economic problems they will have to face."
12.17 BST: Brazil international Thiago Silva is negotiating a one-year contract extension with Paris Saint-Germain, according to Esporte Interativo.
Silva, who becomes a free agent in the summer, had been set to leave PSG with several clubs in Europe, and in Brazil, eager to acquire his services. However, Esporte Interativo reports the coronavirus pandemic has changed the player's thinking with the veteran defender now open to remaining in Paris for a further season.
Silva, 35, who is in Brazil during lockdown, wants to remain in Europe to boost his prospects of playing for Brazil at the 2022 World Cup. The veteran defender has appeared in 310 games for PSG since joining the club in 2012 from AC Milan and won 22 titles, including six league crowns.
11.30 BST: The age old question: Harry Kane or Jadon Sancho?
10.13 BST: West Ham's Issa Diop is a wanted man and Foot Mercato in France claim that Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho wants to add the 23-year-old to his squad.
According to the report, Spurs are in regular contact with Diop's entourage with a view to making a move in the near future and the player has already asked former Toulouse man Serge Aurier about the club.
No bid has yet been made but Diop is said to be very interested in the move with the Hammers looking for around €60m.
Foot Mercato adds that Wolves striker Raul Jimenez is another Mourinho target as he aims to rebuild his team -- with or without Harry Kane.
09.45 BST: Manchester United have been linked with a £150m move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, but the Guardian reports a deal won't happen.
That's because United "are redrawing their transfer strategy because of financial uncertainty caused by coronavirus and accept it will leave them unable to buy a striker as expensive as Kane."
09.04 BST: Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho says it's not impossible for him to coach Portugal one day but it's not on his short-term plans.
"I left Portugal in 2004 and I still haven't returned," he told Fox Sports Brasil. "There are people that are hoping that one day I will return and coach the national team and I can't reply yes or no. I'm 57, I'm a young coach. I know how to silence those that say I'm tired because I've been many years (coaching) at a high level.
"But no. I'm not tired of coaching, I'm tired of being at home due to the COVID-19. God willing, I will be have many years ahead of me and never say never. It's difficult to say yes but impossible to say no."
08.44 BST: Lazio plan to strengthen their squad this summer by acquiring Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Diogo Jota, A Bola reports.
The Portugal international could join the Serie A club should the Biancoceleste qualify for next season's Champions League. Lazio were second in Serie A standings, one point adrift of Juventus, before the season was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Jota, 23, is tied to Wolves until June 2022. He scored six goals and set up one more in 25 league appearances. He is Lazio's top summer target.
Lazio sold Portuguese pair Pedro Neto and Bruno Jordao to Wolves last summer and according to A Bola, the good relationship that exists between the two clubs and with Jota's agent, Jorge Mendes, could smooth the transfer.
08.00 BST: David Silva is in talks about a return to former club Valencia but a potential deal is being complicated by the coronavirus pandemic, sources have told ESPN.
Silva has signalled his intention to leave Manchester City at the end of his contract, which is set to expire on June 30.
Valencia are keen to re-sign the Spain midfielder 10 years after he left the club for the Etihad Stadium but negotiations are being hampered by the uncertainty surrounding the implications of COVID-19 for players out of contract this summer.
FIFA have suggested contracts due to end on June 30 should be extended until the season can be completed but there is concern among Premier League bosses that the guidance is not legally enforceable.
Sources have told ESPN that Silva, who turned 34 in January, will have to either agree to a short-term extension to stay with City or decide to leave on June 30.

Real Madrid have eyes for Alaba
Zinedine Zidane is preparing a bid for Bayern Munich star David Alaba, reports Bild.
Alaba has been repeatedly linked with a move to Spain, though it's Barcelona and not Real Madrid who are supposed to have been monitoring the defender's situation.
However, with the Austrian's contract negotiations stalling, Zidane is said to be keen to pounce, with Alaba himself not against the idea of changing clubs.
Real Madrid will have to find a reasonable transfer fee, and a sizeable salary, if they want to tempt Alaba away from Munich, however, while Bayern are keen to keep Los Blancos at bay.
Alaba is one of several Bayern players, including Manuel Neuer, with whom they're holding contract talks. Madrid, meanwhile, are in the process of trying to offload up to seven players as they prepare for a summer of change.
Juve plan Higuain, Icardi swap
The next step in the career of Mauro Icardi is one of the ongoing subplots of the summer, and Gazzetta Dello Sport is suggesting that he could move to Juventus, with Gonzalo Higuain heading to Paris in the other direction.
Inter Milan striker Icardi is currently on loan at Paris Saint-Germain, yet his future continues to be enshrouded in mystery. He has a €70m buyout clause, and it's reported that PSG could utilise it, before selling him on.
The Italian outlet believes Juve could be the club to buy him, particularly if they can convince PSG into taking Higuain as part of the deal.
Juve are said to be interested in adding more players into the negotiations too, including Miralem Pjanic and Alex Sandro. All three players could be used as further makeweights to ensure the Turin-based club get their hands on Argentine star Icardi.

- Chelsea's left-back search might be reverting back to square one after Brazilian outlet Gauchazh reports that PSG are close to agreeing a move for FC Porto defender, and Blues target, Alex Telles. The former Gremio defender appears to be heading to the French capital after Porto accepted an offer of £28.1m. It means that Lampard will have to go back to his wish list in his efforts to find a new left-back, which includes the more expensive Ben Chilwell.
- Rangers are trying to make loan star Ianis Hagi's temporary move to Ibrox a permanent one, reports the Daily Mail. Hagi joined Rangers from Genk in January, with an option to buy him in the summer, and the club are looking to make that happen for £4.3m. Hagi has attracted glances from Real Madrid and Lazio, but it seems likely the Romanian will stay in Scotland.
